Some of the caregivers were great, and some weren't. A lot of the caregivers were on their cellphones a lot. Even playing games, instead of interacting with her. There were some that even said they weren't supposed to be doing housework, but were only there for personal care. Some of them really didn't know how to be social. Something very important to my aunt is socialization and some weren't good with that. One of the issues is the staff changing a lot. There are so many different people coming and going, so it's not a consistent staff.
