There was one caregiver during the day that was so helpful and got a lot of work done. There were good caregivers and others who weren't so good, so there are good and bad things about it. Some of the younger caregivers would just sit around.

Right At Home was the perfect solution for our mother Dorothy ! When she sold her home at 94 she still wanted to live independently but needed help with cooking, house keeping, errands and doctor appointments. Mom was set up with three care givers that were consistent with her and she quickly looked forward to their visits and help. I found it especially helpful, as I live several hours from Mom, that the visits were all well documented. This allowed me to catch up with how she was really doing and any doctor appointments had notes as well. I really appreciated how expertately they came up with a schedule to fit Mom's needs and were willing to make changes as necessary. After a fall Mom required around the clock care for safety reasons. The staff was so great and made that happen with in hours until it was no longer needed. I am happy to recommend Right At Home and their staff!!!

We’re using a service called Right at Home for my mom right now. They’ve been really good with my mother. They’re very professional and seem to be very thorough. I was worried about her not liking the caregivers, but she does. The caregivers are trained for different services and specialties; they seem to be very well trained to handle seniors with Alzheimer's.

Right at Home has better access to nursing and they handle medicare better. They actually can provide some medicare services and this is what we liked best with them and the main reason for hiring them. Everything is fine and the same caregiver comes in 4 days during the week and there's another caregiver who comes in every Saturday. My mom is absolutely happy with the caregivers they send in. They help my mom mostly with her personal hygiene like assisting her in the shower. My mom cannot take a shower by herself. They also help her out with minor home chores like cleaning the floor and cooking lunch for her. We are very pleased with their service.
