Interim HealthCare of Central New Mexico is locally owned and operated. We offer in home care, respite care, and senior care to individuals located in the Albuquerque metropolitan area. Services offered include Alzheimer/Dementia care, bathing, incontinence care, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation to doctors appointments and errands. All of our potential clients receive a free in home evaluation by a licensed NM Nurse. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year to provide quality in-home care to you or your loved one.

Interim HealthCare is licensed by the New Mexico Dept.of Health. We also offer private skilled nursing such as medication set ups and administration. We also specialize in post surgical/rehab care.

Our in home care staff will create a customized plan of care or service plan for your loved one. There are two main goals in the plan, safety and home-life enrichment. Our trained care professionals are carefully matched with clients to ensure this happens and a licensed nurse follows up daily with the in home care professional.
