Serving elderly clients is a wonderful challenge, each individual brings a unique set of circumstances that requires the crafting of a set of services specifically designed to meet their needs. It has been my great delight to share responsibility for the care of a wonderful client with Pat. It has been both instructive and somewhat validating to observe her approach to assist this recently widowed client deal with her new realities of life and loss. Only with your support and hard work is this big transition possible for our client and it sounds like she is doing very well. I'm especially glad to hear that she is more social and expressive - that would tend to indicate that she is happier than she was and it is very reassuring.
