My nonagenarian father has been a thoroughly pleased resident of Cardinal Point since moving in 2 years ago. The attentiveness, enthusiasm, and friendliness of the entire staff has made him feel truly welcome and important from day one. Whatever might arise, from a balky TV remote to a ride into town, to his Sunday omelet “made just the way I like it”, to a health concern, there is always someone available to help keep Dad independent. Concierge Maricel is friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Administrator Avon takes an enthusiastic interest in residents as individuals, celebrates their life accomplishments, and organizes fun experiences. They are the staff members I see most often and they’re always looking out for him. The facility is immaculate. It gives me tremendous peace of mind that Dad calls it his home.

It was one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life. It was immaculate. The staff was pleasant and kind. I was there around Halloween time, so they were getting ready for a Halloween party. It was rich-looking. It was off the water, you could see the boats, and it had a nice view. Everything was just unbelievably breathtaking. The landscaping was very well-manicured. Everything was just in place, everything was beautiful. They had a garden area. The front of the building almost looked like a 5-star hotel. In the middle of the facility was the garden with beautiful flowers, plants, and trees where you could sit, with sun visors. The staff who assisted me with the tour was pleasant. She was in a rush to get the party started, but she was very professional. She had a beautiful smile and she was dressed properly.

It was very clean and new to me. It's a very nice place. The staff were very helpful. It looked like they were very knowledgeable and very friendly, too. The dining area is almost like a restaurant, and it's very formal to me. All of the staff were wearing masks. To me, it's a high-class range, more or less. It's very impressive. The rooms are pretty good size studios, and the bathrooms are equipped with safety devices and a hidden bar. I feel safe when I go in there. They showed me the amenities. At least whatever you need, they have it over there. They have the theater, the exercise room, the salon, and the laundry. I'm very happy with it as long as the staff keeps up with what they are doing. I met three people, and they were excellent, very helpful, and courteous.

It is lovely. They have great amenities, and they have a good program for the residents with many things to do. It's beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Everyone I've met there so far was very friendly, even as I observed other guests interacting with staff. They have different levels of care. The studio was small, but it's quite adequate. It has a mini kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. It has its own private bathroom, and it's really lovely. They have a variety of rooms. They have one-bedroom units and places for couples. They have weekly activities, a game room, a movie room, a sauna, an exercise room, a pool, and a beautiful inner courtyard. They do weekly outings, and they will take you to your doctor. Everyone eats in the dining room and it's lovely. They seem to have something going on all the time. They put them on a bus and take them around. They play bingo and other things. They have a chef and it's restaurant-style dining.

It was beautiful and very clean. They had very nice people, and it would be perfect for my friend. She would love it. The staff was very helpful, very nice and very informative. We did have some lemon water. The facilities were beautiful and looked brand new. We didn't get to see the whole building though. We kind of ran out of time because we had a lot to talk about and she had some more people coming in, but she said she was going to try to fax my friend's doctor and find out what her status was if she had dementia or not. The facility was very nice, very spacious, and very clean. We saw a sitting area, and there's a bunch of couches and chairs and very comfortable furniture there.

It was really nice, like a fancy hotel. The place felt light, airy, and calm. They had a lobby, dining room, library, café/bar, game room, and exercise room. The amenities looked nice, but I didn't see people actually using them, except for two people in the game room.
