Genacross Lutheran Services - Wolf Creek Campus was very nice, we liked it. When you first walk in, it seemed very open, and the layout was nice, they have the nursing home, and assisted living in the same building, but it's separate. It's the same building, but the dining area is separating the two, so you go to the right for assisted living, and you go to the left for nursing care. It seemed pretty modern, and the apartments were nice. They're a little bit small, but it seemed like the way that they were laid out was pretty nice. The bathrooms were accessible for the handicapped, it was a good-sized bathroom. I have no real complaints, it seemed like the place was kept up pretty nicely. The person who gave the tour was very nice and kind of knowledgeable, but I think she might be kind of learning as she goes. It seems like she's recently had more duties added or something like that. So sometimes she seemed kind of iffy, but she seemed pretty knowledgeable. They have lots of activities, they have places where people can do puzzles, and they've got a TV area. They've got things like different things on like every single floor and they have different things available for the residents to participate in. They're currently working on updating some things like people are moving in so they're updating rooms as they're needed.

I love the whole community of Genacross Lutheran Services - Wolf Creek Campus. I love the manager, and everyone is very nice and very friendly. They are always taking care of my brother. They are helpful, very kind, and warm. It is very good because it feels like a home. It's a beautiful community. The location is good, as well as what they offer. Their apartments are clean and in good condition. They have bingo, crafts, exercises, and a church (which is something that's important for us). They have all types of amenities. It's a perfect place.

My sister-in-law was at Genacross Lutheran Services-Wolf Creek Campus. I was not able to get there because she was under COVID quarantine for two weeks. She only lasted three weeks, but as far as I could tell, they were very helpful for me every time I called. They were helpful for the family getting them in and just being able to see her. When I went to the place, I was very impressed with it. For having a lot of old folks around, it was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even just seeing how they interacted with the residents. It seemed like a very caring place. I was pleased she was able to get in there. I didn't get into her room and I wasn't able to see her after she got there and get settled in, but my impression of the place was very favorable. It's a little bit expensive, but it gave her what she needed and that's what we were glad for. I was treated very nicely and very professionally, and they were very helpful. They went out of their way because I can't walk very well myself. When I first went in, I was just looking around for admissions and didn't realize I had passed it, but the lady got up from her desk and went and found the lady I was waiting to see. They were very helpful. I was impressed with the cleanliness. It just had this peaceful feeling, so I was impressed with it. I didn't realize they were that expensive. I never had to deal with a nursing home before and she was a private pay because she had money in her bank account. It wasn't a Medicare or Medicaid thing. If it would have been me, I couldn't have afforded it, but her family and she could afford it, so it was OK. They took good care of her.

My aunt was a resident of Genacross Lutheran Services nursing care. This community used to be very good but they're not anymore. They could use improvement on the care, leaving somebody on the toilet for 2 hours is ridiculous. The staff members were on their phones, so they were probably too distracted to get to the patient. The physical appearance of the place was very nice, it's clean and it looks great. My aunt was not satisfied with the food. The staff needs to improve in terms of skills and responsiveness.

My mom has moved into Genacross Lutheran Services Wolf Creek. So far, we're satisfied with it. My mom has a bedroom, a bathroom, a nice living room, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. She doesn't have a kitchenette. The staff, so far, has been caring and friendly. I'm satisfied with them. My mom does some crafty things, physical therapy, exercise, and sing-a-longs.

We visited Wolf Creek. The staff was very knowledgeable, very kind, and had been there for a number of years. The place was very clean, luxurious, and way above my price range. They have occasional field trips and parties.
