Built on the remaining 75 acres of a historic family farm by a son, architect Bill Sears, who was raised on the land, this New Urbanist community reflects the elegant, ideal lifestyle he desires for his parents – as well as for himself and his wife.

I visited this facility
My mother is in assisted living at Searstone. It’s pretty nice, and it has like condos and apartments, and as you progressed or age out, they have assisted living and skilled nursing. The staff is phenomenal; in terms of their skills, the nurses were all RNs, and there are on-site doctors. They’re just beyond belief in terms of how they treat people in general; they are incredibly helpful.
The dining area is very homey with linen table cloths. They have a private dining room for people that have guests. They have all sorts of clubs, and they have a health center and pool. They do exercise classes; it’s a pretty incredible facility.
