Reviews of Brookdale Riverwalk | Continuing Care Retirement Community

I am a friend or relative of a resident
My parents liked Glenwood Gardens (Brookdale Riverwalk) a lot. They liked the rooms and way they were laid out. They were large enough for them to be able to bring the basics that they would need. They liked that it had the different stages of care so that it was like a continuum-aging place situation. It was very clean and well-maintained on the inside and out. This would be the place that they would want to live at.

I am a friend or relative of a resident
I was a bit apprehensive at first when my mom and aunt decided to send my grandfather to live at Glenwood Gardens but after my first few visits there my concerns were gone. The staff was always friendly and not the fake friendly while we're there friendly, the genuine friendly. They enjoyed their jobs and it showed. The facility was always extremely clean and felt welcoming. My grandfather and a few of his friends he introduced us too had nothing ever negative to say of the staff or the place itself.
