I like the caregivers at Assured Assisted Living 32. They are truly concerned about my mom and they do everything they can to make her comfortable and to keep her safe. They asked questions about what she likes. They tell me if they have a concern and we discuss it. They truly are invested in their job and seem to love it. Mom doesn't eat much. She has a very limited range of what she will eat, but they are trying to accommodate that and learn what he likes. The facility is always clean, always tidy, and looks cared for. They do a very good job with that. She has tried some of the activities. Although she's only been there for a week and some things are still getting put in place for her, it seems like there's a pretty good balance between activity and downtime. Everything's all-inclusive. It's not a la carte where every single thing they need is another charge. They have a wonderful deck with furniture. They have a room for physical therapy. It's an extra room that has a lot of nice big windows in it. They don't have a salon or anything like that, but somebody comes to do their toenails. The dentist comes to them and the doctor comes to them. They have a nice big backyard which is enclosed.
