The Warren

My mother resided at The Warren for a short time beginning in August 2023. A group of family members had multiple meetings with the Executive Director, Senior Executive Director and Inspirit Senior Living, LLC to discuss staff shortages, quality of food served for meals, cleanliness of the facility and cleanliness of resident's bathrooms. The food quality at The Warren does not reflect the "culinary experience" as advertised on The Inspirit Senior Living website. The facility does not offer "chef-prepared meals at breakfast, lunch or dinner as indicated on the corporate website. There is no Chef at The Warren. There is heavy turnover in the positions of Registered Medication Aide, Direct Care Aide and Executive Director, decreasing the quality of consistent care. They do offer "assistance with medication management", but Mom had multiple instances of her controlled substance not being given at all and multiple instances where false information was placed in Mom's medication administration record. As with any facility, there are direct staff who are top-notch caregivers and others who lack the ability to be compassionate, caring and professional. I would encourage consumers to view all available reports for the facility.

The Warren was very nice. The staff gave me the tour, gave me information, pricing, and things like that. I wish that the size of the rooms were the same as the one in the other place, but it was still a good- sized room. Overall, it was really good. She didn't show me any of what they were doing at the time. The day that I went, they were trying to keep them all separate because there was a bug going around. Everybody was kind of staying in their room, but she did tell me that they did have activities. She showed me the board where they post them as to what they do. It looks like that their dining area was bigger than the one in the other place. They had a movie room. They had a beauty shop and physical therapy. The staff gave me a whole lot of information. She told me they were going to start redoing the whole place.

Fost

The staff took wonderful care of my loved one as well as anyone who visited. The facility is clean and homelike. Every room has its own bathroom and shower. The residents always seemed to have smiles on their faces.

Rickey

It was very, very nice and very accommodating. It's more of a home structure type of assisted living. They have single rooms and double rooms. The single rooms have their own bathrooms and facilities. Those people who could tend to themselves can use the small kitchen that they have. They also have a nice lounge room with a fireplace.

I toured this community about four months ago when trying to find a place for my mom. I found the staff to be well informed and professional. The also seemed to care deeply about what they do. Of all the options available in the area it seemed to be the best by far. It has now been a few weeks since she moved in and I am extremely happy with the care she is receiving.

The staff are kind, caring and treat my Dad with dignity and respect. On numerous occasions I have witnessed them go above and beyond in their care of him. Its a relief to know that he's in good hands!
