Reviews of Good Samaritan Retirement Home

I am a friend or relative of a resident
My brother was placed at Good Samaritan Retirement Home. It was OK and all I could afford for him with his income. My brother was disabled with a lot of physical problems. The staff was very good, very attentive, and very caring, but the building seemed old and smelled musty, like a damp smell. Nevertheless, I like that they were very kind to the people and took time with them. They allowed me to bring my brother’s little dog to visit him and also allowed me to take him out to dinner for the day. It was nice. There were people for me to speak with to make sure that he got his medications. For that, it was very good. The only complaint that I did have was that the building seemed to be old. Other than that, they did take good care of my brother.

I visited this facility
They were very nice at the Good Samaritan. It was an older facility, and they had activities. You can bring your own furniture, and then they have private and semi-private rooms. It is close to home.

I visited this facility
This nursing has a big nice space. It has 150 beds. It is really nice and clean. They also have Assisted Living facility there. This place is really excellent. The people are nice. They showed me around. Excellent all the way. The main hindrance is that it's too far from where I live and I can't go visit my mom as many times as I want.
