Everything was great at Reunion Court of the Woodlands. It was beautiful. They just remodeled it. It was wide open spaces, and the rooms were decent. I had no complaints at all. Everything looked great. The staff member who toured me was great. She was very informative. She told me the pricing, and she gave me lots of details. We looked at rooms and stuff, too. They had the same amenities, like meals, activities, entertainment, and they take them to doctors if they need to, and that kind of stuff, which is what my mother needs. The place was all nice and clean.

When I arrived at Reunion Court of the Woodlands, there was a placard with my name on it welcoming me. The tour guide, Lisa, was very professional and very prepared. I like the place. I like the cleanliness. I like what I saw completely, and I would consider that place for my mother. However, when I arrived, I had to park in the back because the parking was size-limited. As I was trying to get to the front, I found the door as I walked by that was cracked open and had something in it to keep it open, so I went in that way. I reported it during the tour that I felt was a safety issue, and so the staff said she would have that addressed. So that was the only thing I found in the place that I didn't think was good. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience. The residents there were fairly happy, and I liked it.

Reunion Court of the Woodlands was a good place. It was clean and updated. They seemed to be well run, and they seemed to have an attentive staff. The lady that was giving the tour was very friendly and very upbeat. They had a really nice dining area. They had a courtyard and a patio. Overall, it was pretty nice.

The tour I had of Reunion Court of the Woodlands was really good. Lindsay was the person that I met with and she's fabulous. The food was good. She brought us one to our house. She is so outgoing. It was a nice place. It seemed modern, and clean, and the residents seemed happy. They had lots of activities going on, and I saw all the different sizes of the rooms. On Sundays, they go to church. It looks like they have a lot of arts and crafts. They had a movie room. They could go outside, which was nice. They had a beauty salon, a courtyard, and a library that had books on the shelves.

I liked Reunion Court of the Woodlands. The facility itself, and the caregivers were very nice. I would rate them a five, but I usually take my mom for walks in her wheelchair and there's not a great place there to do that. If you just want to be in the facility and not venture too far out, then Reunion Court of the Woodlands would be very nice for you. The place was well kept and well maintained, and they seem to have very good staff.

When we went and first looked at the Reunion Court of the Woodlands, we just got a really good feel about it. Then I had some other people in my family go look at it, and they got the same feeling. Once we decided to put my mom there, it was nice. Somebody checks on her all the time down in the memory care part of the facility. She has the same caretaker that's there every day during the day, so it's a familiar face for her. It's been a great experience so far. I was only able to tour the memory care part. The rooms are really fairly large for that kind of facility; each one of the rooms has its own bathroom. They also have cooks that are there, so they make their own meals. For the memory care residents, it is always 2 choices for breakfast, 2 choices for lunch, and 2 choices for dinner. They have activities. When we were touring it one time, we watched them do activities. They were doing science activities. They were making volcanoes, and it was pretty cool. I'm thinking she's going to get stimulated with those kinds of things. They also are faith-based, so on Sundays they do church services. They do songs and things like that with the residents. From everything that I saw, I just have a really good feeling about it. Once we got her there, I would go back to take things to her or to check on her. They're always very friendly and helpful. They know us all by name, even my niece and my friends that go regularly to see her. They know everybody by name. It's just a pretty warm and friendly place to be. They also have a little outdoor court area for just the memory care patients with a mailbox. I think that's going to be cool because Mom has some friends that will send her cards. They said that when they get mailed, they put it out there. Then they walk with the resident out to get their mail. That's kind of a cool thing too, I think. It's pretty neat. The staff is very friendly and they're very helpful. In some of the places that I toured, I kind of got the feeling that there wasn't enough staff there. There is enough staff in this facility and they've been there for a long time. It's probably one of the cleanest facilities that I went in and nothing needed repair. We had 3 different rooms from which to choose. One of them, we would have to wait a little bit longer to get into because as the residents moved out, they were repainting and re-carpeting. They're constantly updating, and they're not disturbing residents. As they move out or as they leave, then they're going in and taking care of updating those rooms to make them nice and pretty. They have things throughout the day for the residents, and there are different kinds of activities. The residents can choose to go or not to go. It's not always the same thing every day. When I toured other facilities, they all run about the same cost in that same ballpark area. I felt the most comfortable with this one, so I think that we are getting our money's worth. We're not overpaying. We're not underpaying. It's good.

I visited Reunion Court of the Woodlands. We liked it. They had activities going on, they had redone a lot of the rooms and common areas, and they've also done some good remodelling work there. They had entertainers there in the common room, and there were a lot of residents enjoying that. The dining area was light and bright, and the staff was friendly. Parking was limited. They had a gazebo outside for them to sit under, but it seemed like the staff utilized it more than the residents.

We liked the care at Reunion Court of the woodlands. The only problem was it was three stories, and we didnt like elevators. There was very few parking spaces, and my dad will take his car there. The rooms were good, but they had a very small refrigerator and microwave. The location wasnt too bad, but it would have been a lot farther from me.

The staff took amazing care of my mother in law for the last 8 months of her life. We will be forever grateful for the level of care and compassion that she received. We never had to worry that she was being neglected or mistreated. The staff went out of their way to make her happy and comfortable.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. I liked the apartments. They were nice and good sized. The room I saw was on the third floor, and they had an elevator. They fixed me a to-go box, and it was good. They gave me a copy of the room layout. Everything was good. The personnel was nice.

My parents' room was very nice, big, and accommodating for a couple. It was a corner room with a lot of open space. It was not cramped even with a lot of furniture.

We visited this community. They offered amenities. The apartments were smaller than what I thought. The activities were good. I was OK with the visit. It had a nice environment.

My mother moved in, and so far, so good. We chose it because it was close to my house, and the people were very nice. Everybody treated her well. She has a very nice room. The food was good. They do different kinds of things. They go to the pavilion and to Wal-Mart once in a while.

I had a tour. The staff was great. The rooms were very small as compared to other places I had seen, but it was very clean. They had activities like bingo and some kind of fitness stuff. They also had a walking trail. They took the residents on the bus to go to places like stores and doctor's appointments. Mama could have her dog because they were dog friendly. It was obviously a very old building and needed a little overhauling, but it looked like they were in the process to do that. It was just more expensive than what we could afford. I considered it and I would recommend them for someone who had more money than us.

I need two bedrooms for my wife and myself. They had no two-bedroom units available, plus it was more of a real old folks' home rather than assisted living. They had very few amenities for someone who was a little more active. It was a nice place, though. It was well-built, well-run. It was the salesperson who gave me the pitch. They knew enough about the place and they showed me all they had.

It is the best place I've seen in Texas. It's contemporary, it's open, and there are a lot of trees. It’s also close to churches and to a small shopping center. It's a very pretty facility. The whole environment is nice. They have a swimming pool, a small library, and an in-house computer facility.

They all seem very, very nice and very helpful. I've known one person that has been there and the family was pleased with it. They had offered for us to come in and spent some time there for dinner, functions, and different things. It's a nice facility, the rooms were nice, and it seems to have everything in place where it should be.

A very close friend of mine is currently here. She's happy and enjoying her stay. It's really a good place to live. In fact, my father is 83, and maybe in time I would definitely consider this facility for him. It's located in a safe environment. I would recommend it to others.
