The Goldton at Spring Hill was very clean and very new, but it felt cold when I went in there. I didn't see any residents outside, and maybe I went at the wrong time to be able to see residents outside because it was early in the morning. The lady was very nice to me. They had some very nice places. They had the dining room. They had an area that you could go in and sit and it was nice. It was a new facility, so it's very, very clean. It was excellent looking. I did not look at the memory care, but they have memory care there.

For us, I liked the location of The Goldton at Spring Hill, because we live nearby relatively. Same town. Same city. It's the closest of all of them. It's in a nice area and so forth, but I didn't like their memory unit. If I recall, they have a table in their memory place. It's a work area and it's also their feeding area. It's like a long table. It was sort of like a little center section and people were on both sides. That's the way I saw it and I don't like that. It's more like a buffet kind of thing. It looked to me like it was kind of hectic. They should get a different eating area set up with individual tables. Maybe some of the people can't handle that, but to me, it looks more normal than a cafeteria. They also need more staff. Other than that, the amenities look fairly normal and perhaps a little better with a little more opportunities and variety. They seemed fairly good at that. It's within a mile or so from a number of local restaurants and food if you happen to be going out, which you wouldn't if you're in there, somebody is going to take you places. It's kind of a little bit by itself but it's not far from anywhere, a mile or two at the most.

The Goldton at Spring Hill was secured with a keyfob and doors that locked going into the memory care. The rooms were very nice. I saw an outdoor patio and a little room that had things and activities for them to go around and do. I also saw their dining room, and it was very nice. The building was new, very clean, and very nice.

I visited The Goldton at Spring Hill. They were wonderful. They worked with us so much. That's where we wanted to move my husband, but because of his condition, they couldn't accept him. However, they tried to help us as much as possible in getting him there or somewhere else. They just really helped us a lot. The facility was very, very nice, and very well kept. The staff was very friendly and nice. The tour guide was just full of information, so willing to help and wanted to help. She was concerned about our concerns and really wanted to try to solve our problems even though we were not going to be able to go there. She called different people just trying to solve our problems. The memory care unit where we would have been going to was very, very nice, and very well kept. The nurse and the director there was very, very nice. There's a lot of information. It was like they had plenty of staff members there to work with the residents. The cafeteria where they were eating was very nice. It was set up great, but we were not there during eating time. One nice thing about it is they have an outdoor space that would accommodate when family comes to visit. There was a place for families to go and be with each other, not just talking, but interacting with each other. They had some games and outdoor areas that you could go to and just be together and play. It just seemed so warm and friendly. It was great. I just really liked it. One thing about The Goldton at Spring Hill, when we were talking to them about my husband, they said if he had come in at the very beginning before hospice or anything like that, and if he had come there, they said that they would let him just age out there. At the other facility, when they got to a certain physical place, they wanted them out of there, and they didn't want to deal with them anymore. At The Goldton at Spring Hill, they would just let them age out there, and they wouldn't try to get rid of them or put them somewhere else or whatever, which was very comforting for me.

We went to the Traditions of Spring Hill. My parents liked the foyer of the place, they liked the building, and they liked the location. It's close to where my sister lives, so they like that. The rooms were bigger than the other place. As people are moving out, they're taking out the carpet and they're putting in vinyl flooring. It was nice, clean, and certainly fresh. The staff was very helpful. They had a balcony upstairs, and they had some raised flower bed-type things where the residents can plant flowers and go out there and garden a little bit.

My mother was at Traditions of Spring Hill memory care. It's a very nice facility. We enjoyed our time there. I have nothing bad to say about the place. The staff was very caring. My mother appreciated how caring they were. The food was brought to them. She did not like the food there, but she's very picky. Her room was nice. She had a shared bathroom, but she had her own room.

We toured Traditions of Spring Hill. It's nice, it's new, the dining area was home-looking, and not formal, but still very nice. The staff was very helpful. I felt the residents would be very safe. But, they did not have a spot in the memory care.

My friend lives at Traditions of Spring Hill. He was one of the first residents. He says he has never been happier. Good friends, good food, lovely surroundings, excellent caring staff.

I visited the Traditions of Spring Hill. The complex is bright and clean. The staff was very friendly and were very attentive and caring towards the seniors that were under their care. We have chosen to keep our mother home a bit longer but I would recommend this facility to any one.
