Sagewood at Daybreak was nice, clean and we were impressed with it. The staff we met was super friendly, outgoing, and very helpful. The food was wonderful, we have lots of options to choose from and it tasted great. Their dining room was nice, it was large and it's like a restaurant so it's comfortable. They showed us the amenities, and they were really impressive. They've got a salon, fitness room, hot tub, and pool. Their rooms were a lot smaller than the other place. They were nice but smaller, and it was very well-kept and clean.

Sagewood at Daybreak was a nice place. It looked like a 5-star hotel, but the price was like a 5-star hotel too, and it's out of my budget. The attention was pretty nice. The care and everything was awesome. They have memory care, assisted care, they had activities all day, all the days of the week, and different kinds of food. This place was awesome. If I can afford it, I'd put my mom there. It's just way too much money. When you enter the place, you first go to the assisted living, and then you go to the memory care, which is a more private place because they have people that need special care. I visited both and both looked awesome. There's also a pretty old lady playing the piano for everyone in the memory care. There's music on one of the corners. They were watching TV and having an explanation of how to change the channel or look for what they want to see on TV. There's a different kind of severity of the people in memory care, but everyone seemed happy and looking clean. It's a nice place. The staff was awesome. As soon as I got into the door, I saw my name saying, "Welcome (client's name)." Quickly, one of the staff approached me and asked me, gave me the tour, and explained everything. They gave me a tour of all the places, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, and the patio. The lady that made the appointment with me was awesome. She also offered me to stay in contact if I need something even if I won't be able to put my mom there. Also, the guy that guided me through the tour was amazing. They gave me the calendar for activities and the diet for the week. They had activities that were out of the norm. They have activities hour by hour. This is a completely new building, and everything inside makes you feel warm like you are at home. It's a really elegant place. It's the place that I would put my mom, but I cannot afford that high price.

I toured Sagewood at Daybreak for my mother. I liked the good communication. Before we went in and after, they just kept in touch with me. They seem like they knew what they were talking about and had concern. The staff were all very nice and helped out. The place was very clean and very nice. I thought that they had a gym and some other day activity. It's close to my home and it is very close to a hospital.

I like Sagewood at Daybreak because it's only half a mile from where I am. I could retain pretty much everything that I'm already doing, especially my doctors, so I don't have to go very far to get to them. The person who accommodated me during the tour was nice. Somebody asked me about the food and I turned them down. I took a look at the food facilities there since it was right close to lunchtime, and was quite nice. It was more like a cafeteria and they call it the bistro. It was a little bit more contemporary, not quite the calm feeling, but it was still nice. It's fairly new.

We toured Sagewood at Daybreak for my husband, and it was a beautiful facility. The rooms were very nice -- I guess they're called apartments -- and it was very well decorated and spacious. I don't know if it was due to the time that we got there, because it was fairly early, but I didn't see a lot of interaction between the caregivers or the staff and the patients. Maybe it was because we were there at breakfast time and they were eating breakfast. The person who gave us the tour was wonderful. She gave us all the information we needed and broke down what the plan would be, and it was very nice. The place was pretty homey and very spacious.

I took two tours at Sagewood at Daybreak and even put a deposit for my uncle. They were very accommodating and have been very good. I ordered a bunch of furniture and they've been holding them for me until I can pick up. I like that it was bright and clean and the residents seemed happy. They were paired together and talking happily with one another. They had a great menu for food. They had many different options and you go to the dining room or have it delivered to your apartment. They would clean up my uncle's apartment once a week and change his sheets once a week for him. The service they provided was really good. There was also an equal number of men and women his age in that facility. Some of the facilities I went to seemed like the majority is women and I thought that he would want to be around men his own age. The staff were nice. Their uniforms were clean, very professional, and welcoming. The whole environment there is uplifting and bright. We were going for assisted living and figured he probably would move to memory care after that. But for now, the assisted living had a full-size refrigerator and had a stove and a range top. He likes to cook, so that was good for him. Some of the other places only had a dorm-size refrigerator and a microwave. That really wouldn't have worked well for him. They actually structured activities around what the residents want. Of course, they had the usual painting and that sort of thing, but they had a resident that wanted to make clay objects, so they bought materials to do that. There was another resident that wanted to do woodworking and they made a woodshop downstairs in the basement for them with all the equipment. They really tailored it to the needs and wants of the residents. I saw their food and it looked delicious. It is a dining room style where they have a menu and the server comes to your table and asks you what you would like, so not everyone has the same thing. It looked delicious. I thought that the place was safe. There weren't any stairs that the residents had to climb. The elevator was easy to operate and it was easy for people that have disabilities or use a walker or wheelchair to maneuver through. I would highly recommend it. They have a shuttle bus that takes the resident to Walmart and Save Mart once a week. They also have what they call "Phoenix Tours" where the residents can join. At Christmas time, they would take them to the neighborhood so they could look at the Christmas lights and that was nice. They could also look at a view of the city at nighttime.

I visited Sagewood at Daybreak. The facilities were extremely nice. They are modern, and it's the most modern place I've been. The units were large. It looked like a nice place to live. They have activities but we really couldn't get too much into them. A woman there told me they have a lot of activities, though. They are not doing it right now, of course; a lot of these places don't have the activities that they did before. I went there twice, and I was able to talk to one resident. I also met one person from the staff, and he was excellent.

We visited Sagewood at Daybreak. It was very good, that's why we're going back the second time. They didn't invite us to dinner, but we saw everything. They weren't eating in their dining area because of Covid, but they had two dining areas, a more formal area and then a more casual area. They had everything there in their rooms. It was pristine clean. The staff members were completely accommodating and helpful whenever we needed it.

I will be moving into Sagewood at Daybreak. The reason I chose it is because it's within my price range, they have a woodshop downstairs, and it's about ten minutes from my daughter's house. The University of Utah has built a new clinic out there, too. The staff has been very friendly and very attentive. The room is very nice. They have a pool, two exercise rooms, and a small library. It's a modern-looking building. It has been built in the last five to ten years. It's appointed very nicely, and it has all the modern conveniences to it.

We're looking towards a move into Sagewood at Daybreak. I've seen it several times for my mom. They have done a really nice job of getting a community that can allow for care across the continuum of an aging and ailing senior. They have independent living and assisted living. They even have advanced assisted living. If a person didn't want to go into a memory care unit, they could still have access to the activities of assisted living. Then they have the full blown memory care. My mom is kinda on that trajectory now. They took quite a bit of time to assess my mom's needs before we even went to the facility. I thought that was impressive. Their marketing people are among the most professional I've ever met in any industry. They have followed up and they kept us updated regarding COVID-19 restrictions. They have invited us to community events as soon as they're cleared to do those types of things. They have a restrictive policy for guests at the facility and they clearly communicated changes to that policy as dictated by the state of Utah. Overall, it has been a very impressive experience so far. Their dining room is still closed because of COVID-19, but they have a chef on site and we've heard good things about the food.

Sagewood at Daybreak was very clean and decorated nicely with a lot of socialization among the residents, a lot of activities, and looked like a good community. They go almost every day on a bus to the mall, grocery store, plays, museums, cultural events, and recreational activities. It was a little bit expensive compared to others. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Sagewood at South Jordan is a wonderful Assisted Living. The staff is caring and take the individuals needs to heart. The food is great and served with good appeal. Over all my dear cousin and loved one has had a good experience and has loved living at Sagewood. The have formed a special exercise program for him which he has loved and given him a reason to get up each morning and have and enjoyable experience.

Sagewood at Daybreak is fairly new and nice. There's about 200 people who live there, so it's much larger than the other community I've visited. We happened to run into someone we knew there who said he loves it and would give it an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. The rooms were very nice, and they had a swimming pool, TV room, and organized activities. It's kind of expensive, but you get what you pay for. They had a bistro where you can get food, but they also had a dining room, and the food looked good. The people who work there were really nice.

The staff at Sagewood at Daybreak is caring, friendly, and very helpful. It's a beautiful, lovely place, just what we needed for my relatives. The apartments are well-appointed and very well arranged. They have a wonderful dining room with many amenities. They have a pool where you can do water aerobics and an exercise room. They have a full schedule of activities going on all the time. It's is a good place. They're very happy with the food.

Sagewood at Daybreak was great, had good surroundings and facilities, and nice people. They had everything you needed there. They had groups come in and entertain and always had things going on, like bus tours. The rooms were really nice and looked like they'd be adequate. I had a really good meal there, too.

We chose Sagewood at Daybreak because it was very open with lots of lights. My mother wanted something that was bright and had lights. It's also close to the temple, and they will take my mother or my father to the temple when they want to go. They have a woodworking shop that is very interesting for my father, and they have a salon onsite. The food isn't served during specific times; they're open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. My father likes to sleep in late, so he can get up and go eat when he wants to eat. The place is brand-new, very nice, and very well-kept. My mom said the people are very friendly, and that they remember her name.

We have been very happy with Sagewood at Daybreak. My dad has been living there since October. Both my husband and my sister worked there, so that partially influenced our decision. The residents are friendly. They come over and talk to you. The staff is great. They're very accommodating. The staff in the dining area already knows who my dad is. They address him by name. My dad doesn't participate in activities, but they have a lot available to them. That's one of the reasons why we picked it.

My mom is at Sagewood and likes it the best. She was very interested in having a kitchen, as she wanted to feel she was in a home, and it was the most like a home. It's a newer place at only one and a half years old. They have a swimming pool, which she was excited about, exercise, bingo, and a lot of other activities. I like the place and the people, and think they have a lot to offer if the residents know how to use them.

One of the most amazing facilities I had seen was Sagewood at Daybreak. It was clean and neat. It was kind of a breath of fresh air. The staff members that I met were very qualified and really knew the facility. The apartments were gorgeous. It was a brand new facility. It could not be that old; the art work and the way that the people were moved around and what they had there. They had an indoor swimming pool that was gorgeous, and they were just full of people and they loved it. They had one price, and it might a little expensive for independent, but for somebody who was in the memory care or Alzheimer’s it was probably just about the norm for what it costs. However, to get there was not convenient for me.

Sagewood at Daybreak was fantastic, but it was too expensive. The staff was fantastic. The room was a good size and very clean. They had a lot to offer. The residents looked engaged and very happy.

I was very impressed with Sagewood at Daybreak. The people and the host that gave me the tour were very professional. The facilities were clean, and there were no bad odors. It appeared to be very clean, new, and orderly.

Sagewood at Daybreak was a nice, clean, and modern place. It was more industrial looking like an office building. The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were of nice size, and the residents can bring in their furniture. It has a cold atmosphere, and it did not have a home cozy feeling.

Sagewood is very beautiful and looks like a hotel, but they pretended the staff has been really on top of it; that’s not what I have experienced. They are offering activities, but my mother doesn’t participate in anything. The room is clean, 1-bedroom, and not very comfortable. You can only have one TV on one wall. The dining area is really pretty, and the food is OK but nothing special. They need to improve on how the room is set up and the staff as they have a lot of younger kids that doesn’t get what’s going on.

Sagewood at Daybreak is absolutely beautiful. They have a lovely dining room. They are well-staffed, and they are very caring. They wanted to know his food likes and things he is interested in. They showed a lot of interest even though Dad is only going to be there for respite care. They wanted to know all these things to make his stay very comfortable, which I thought was really great. The rooms were all new, and the food was all healthy food. It was a very impressive place.

The tour at Sagewood at Daybreak was good. It was a brand-new facility and really nice, but more expensive. The staff was really good. There were private and shared rooms. It’s a memory care center, too.

We placed mom at Sagewood at Daybreak. It’s a new community with a swimming pool and physician on staff. They seem to be quite organized. The place is very clean and has nurses on staff.

Sagewood at Daybreak was very nice, very new, and modern. They seemed to have a lot of activities, more than Mother would ever use. Plus, it was a lot more expensive and farther away from us. It had a lot of things available, like hairdressers, activity centers, and swimming places. However, my mom would never use any of that stuff, and it would be more than what we wanted to pay.

Sagewood at Daybreak would have been my top choice had I not moved my father recently to another facility. It is an extremely nice facility and doesn’t feel like an assisted living community. There are different options for food. They have memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The assisted living and the independent living co-mingle with each other, so that they are not seeing people sitting around in wheelchairs and does not feel like you are surrounded by older people. If you are looking for a higher-end community and you don’t mind paying more, this is the place to choose. The rooms have granite countertops. The facility is new and nice.
