My mother has moved into Roseberry Care. It's a memory care facility, and I'm pleased with its services overall. The interaction with the staff is very good. The room is a two-person room. They have single rooms. The facility is well-appointed, nicely decorated facility. They do all kinds of therapy, they provide food, they provide outings, and they have entertainment come in for the residents. They bring beauticians in to pamper the residents.

Roseberry Care was more of a residence than a facility. It was a 12-room place. The problem was, we had an appointment, but we couldn't really see anything except for the rooms. The person that ran the place double booked us and wasn't there to answer any of our concerns. The only person there was the nurse. It was a very small community. It was like a large house that was remodeled, but it was clean. They had a big room for people to watch TV and a dining room area. They had an activities director that came in and tried to do games with them as well as exercises. It didn't have the services that we needed and they didn't have the person there that could give us more information. The staff member was very nice and she answered all the questions, but as far as answering questions, like how much the cost was or what other services they provided, she couldn't tell me anything because she was not on the administration side.
