Brightview West End seemed to have everything that my husband would need. The people who assisted me with the tour were wonderful. I saw food in the dining room that had been plated for lunch, and it looked wonderful. They had several choices of places that you could eat. The dining room was like a restaurant with tablecloths, and it was just set up very nicely for someone to come and have a nice dinner and interact with the other people. They had movies, games, exercises, and they had an art room and a salon. I saw a one-bedroom apartment and it was beautiful. They could provide whatever you can pay for. It depends on how much support you need. They could do house cleaning and laundry. They would monitor your medication. There were drivers that could take you to doctors' appointments.

I like Brightview West End. It was very clean and active, and they had a lot of good staff. The only downside was the location, which was in the city of Rockville, so it was a little limited on the space outdoors. They had a restaurant on site, a library, a hairdresser, and a recreational area. I saw a schedule of activities. I saw a bedroom with a living room combination, so it was a two-room place, which kind of gave it a nice, spacious feel. They allow you to decorate as you need to, which is nice.

I went to Brightview West End. The staff was very friendly, the rooms, the building is new, so the ambiance is excellent. It's almost like a luxury living, and of course, it comes at a higher price. For our needs, I think the other place was appropriate. The manager is very friendly. I thought the residents there seemed to be content.

My wife moved into Brightview West End. It is four years old, very neat, and tidy. The spaces are open and very well lit. It's just a very nice place. All of the staff was very welcoming, very open, very knowledgeable about how things operate. They have very good things about everything. I have spoken to a number of people who have eaten there, and they all enjoyed it very much. It was extremely good food. The last time I was there, they had a mariachi band that came in the afternoon and played music for them. She's in a single bedroom right now. It's very clean and very accommodating.

Brightview West End was lovely. It looked beautiful, and the apartments were lovely. The place was very cheerful, very modern, very clean, neat, and alive. It seemed complete in every way, but I didn't see classes in action. I glanced at their calendar and it was full, but I couldn't tell in detail. I saw a salon and a library. It was only a block or two off of Rockville, a very attractive town center with lots of inviting stores. I didn't meet many people. I just really talked to the sales representative and another sales representative, and they both were lovely, and very informative. It's a very attractive place.

Brightview West End was very nice and had a lots of amenities. The rooms were also very nice. It's a beautiful place and everything is modern. It looked like a 5-star hotel. We chose a gorgeous two-bedroom apartment for my parents with hardwood floors, TV included, full kitchen, two full baths, and two balconies. They had all kinds of activities, a huge theater, and exercise class every day. They have a wonderful wait room and an art studio. The staff was excellent and very nice.
