My grandmother has moved into Plymouth Village. It's clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and nice. My grandmother is well taken care of. They're courteous, and they take care of their residents very well. My grandmother says that she gets three square meals a day and a snack. I haven't had food there, but I was told by my grandmother and the other residents there that the food is good. They have activities daily. They have movie days and music days, they have animals come through there from time to time, and it sounds like they get to go on field trips, too. Value for money is excellent.

I toured Plymouth Village. It was a very nice place. It was like a park -like setting. It's on 34 acres of land. They have all needs of care. They have exactly what we want with independent living. We're looking for a house. The staff was really friendly and good information. They have cottages; they don't have apartments. They have lots of activities. They have a pool, they have a gym, and they have outings. They have a lot of activities going on during the week. The staff who accommodated me was very friendly and informative. She took a lot of time and answered all our questions. They fed us lunch, and it was about a 4.

Plymouth Village is wonderful. Their staff is fantastic. They're helpful and my mother is getting very good care. According to her, the food is excellent and she really enjoyed it. The room she has is nice. It's a shared room and the nurses are very careful about the privacy of the residents. I really appreciate that. They draw the curtain every time they come and check in on her. They're very conscientious. They always make sure that the door is closed, so that people can't see when they're examining my mom and stuff. They gave her a bingo card, and she was able to play bingo in her bed. She really enjoyed that. They also have a nice little area where they do their activities.

Two days after moving into the SNIF, 98-year old FIL contracted COVID-19 along with 18 staff and 15 residents. No mention of attempting to track down who started the escalated infection rate. Communication from management was almost chipper. Dad died a few days later. Apparently a bus-driver was tasked with notifying my wife. He knew noting other than Dad was dead. Disposition of his remains remained a mystery for a month.

I have been to Plymouth Village Redlands. The one thing really nice about that place is when you want to move there, when you're in your later 60s, then they will care for you until the passing of your life. Once you move in the fee doesn't go up at all. I had gone there several times through my church, and we had done a lot of singing there and visiting there. We were together in small groups, and it seemed like people for the most part were pretty content with being there and the care and attention they were being given. The touring bus that they have there is always ready and open to take people to places in the evening time and the day time, not just here in Redlands, but even outside Redlands. We went to the dining room and it reminded me of my mother's and my grandmother's cooking, it's a huge variety, it's not repetitive of each other, week in and week out, and even month to month, it's very unusual, and very different. When we were all outside walking around, the staff all greeted us and welcomed us there.

I was impressed with Plymouth Village because they had modernized it. You move in and can be there until the end because they have the ability to offer long-term care. If a person can afford this place, then it would be really nice. It's a place for people who can take care of themselves. You can get a golf cart to get around to the different places within the community. The thing I liked about it was if a couple moved in there and one got bedridden, they still had a place for that person and the other person could stay as well. Their dining hall was nice, neat, and clean. They had a very good variety of food. The staff was very good, and the place was nice and clean.

Plymouth Village was a wonderful place, but it didn't suit my needs. The facility was on a large estate with individual houses suitable for couples, but not for single individuals such as myself. The staff was wonderful. I've eaten meals there and the food was good. The drawback for a single person is that you have to go to another building for meals and it's somewhat isolated. It's also very expensive to move in because it's a buy-in facility. They have full amenities.

We like Plymouth Village very much. We like the location. We enjoyed it very much. It was all separate homes for people who are very independent. Most people there still drive. It's a fairly large area, so they drive from their homes to the restaurant. The restaurant was excellent. We got a sample meal there and it was really great. They have an excellent dining room and a library. They provide transportation to the dining room if you need it. They also provide transportation to go to shopping and to other activities. They have a lot going for us.
