The Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care was very clean, and they seemed pretty friendly. The landscaping and all that was very nice. They did not have any units available, so the staff showed us one of the residents that was open to sharing her apartment. It was nice. It was a good one, but they're kind of on the upper end in terms of price. There were a couple of things that I thought were a little odd, like in their dining, they have assigned seating. I thought that was strange. The other place we went to encouraged everyone to mingle and meet people, which I think is better than having to sit with the same people all the time. They had a little kind of garden patio. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice.

The director at The Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care took me on a tour of the facility and I thought she was very nice. She seemed like a nice person and she seemed experienced. The place seemed modern and new, the grounds looked nice and clean, and everything was in good condition. It probably would be the place that my mom would like because it was modern-looking, and it seemed to be a safe accommodation for her because it had secured areas. The residents looked like they were all happy. While I was there, there was a couple of staff outside with a couple of residents, and some residents were watching TV. It didn't look like there were a ton of activities going on but everybody was being attended to appropriately.

The Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care was very nice, very pleasant, and updated. It's a fairly new facility, so there's not too much wear and tear. The lady was very accommodating, pleasant, and provided a lot of information. She was very knowledgeable. The menu looked very good and the dining room was nice. Everything was just very pleasant. They were having a happy hour then and they seemed to be happy.

The Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care were very nice. They thought memory care would be better for my dad, but they don't have a room available for him. I went into the facility and it was very nice. Everybody I spoke with was very, very nice and the person that gave the tour was very informative and helpful. She said that there may be a room opening up soon. They have a nurse that's there too. I talked to a couple of the people that were coming in, to see the people, their relatives or whatever, and they were very impressed with it. I met the sales and marketing person, Cherrie. I saw the staff but they're working and were caring for their patients. They were doing very well. The place was very clean and very upscale. Some of the people were in the dining room and I saw one person being fed and then the other one was just talking about dinner. They have a patio and a garden. They have 2 different dining rooms like a cafeteria so you can go in and order stuff.

We went to The Vistas for my mother. They were nice people. The staff members were very friendly. It was all good. The rooms were very nice and more than sufficient. They were clean, very nice, and very friendly. The surroundings were very nice. We found nothing wrong with it, but it was just not the right time for my mother. The location was fine. It was on the outskirts of Redding and it was easily accessible. The amenities were very nice. They had a dining room, a hair salon, and a movie theater, which were all very nice. The place just seemed very nice. It hit all the marks, but the cost was a little bit high. We looked at the menu and it all seemed good. They had craft sessions and cocktails in the afternoon. It was all around very good. The place was new and clean, and the rooms were really nice. Everything was good.

I went to The Vistas. The community is topnotch. The staff is topnotch. I met the chef and I ate there and it was good. They have a lot of interesting activities. They have a masseuse on-call. The apartments are about 25 square feet bigger than the other place and they seem very nice. They have a lot of cupboard space.
