I visited this facility
Take most or all of residents income. Some residents have no money left over for clothing or any personal needs. Concern about qualifications for this facility. Some people are threatened with termination of disablility payments if tenant wants to move somwhere else or has complaints. Tenant will not lose disability payments for wanting to move elsewhere-purely intimidation tactics.

This extended-stay facility provides services for a number of different levels of need. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The residents can participate in a variety of activities including pet therapy, music therapy, board games and and outdoor events, and the food is described as excellent. Residents say they feel at home and like they are part of a community where they can enjoy making new friends.
