My mother-in-law has stayed at two other assisted living facilities before this one and this one was definitely the best. The staff genuinely care. One day I had a staff randomly ask me what they could do special for my mother-in-law when she was having a bad day with her pain. Also, Owen, the director is always visiting with residents and always has a smile on his face. Even When my mother-in-law had an issue with her medication administration, it was handled quickly and respectfully. The problem had more to do with memory problems than anything else, but Owen and the nurse personally sat down with her to quickly find a way to give her piece of mind.
