I visited this facility
This facility is in a residential area, pretty much based in a house. Albeit a large house, which holds up to twenty residents. It's a small community with a definite home-like vibe to it. When I visited, everyone was smiling, residents and staff. Even the staff member who was taking out the garbage was smiling, which is saying quite a bit, because garbage work isn't the best. But every jobs important and the staff take their jobs seriously, yet cheerfully. When I visited, the residents were doing some light exercises in the main living area, which was completely adorable. They were all eager and a little bit awkward and laughing and teasing, but nobody seemed to mind. The staff member in charge was extremely patient, just kept encouraging and helping the residents and joining in with the laughter. This facility doesn't feel like a facility, but a rather large, extended familly hanging out together.

Friend or relative of resident
The facility was beautiful and very well put together. It was a converted home so it had a very inviting and home-like feel. The place was kept very neat and organized. Residents had access to main areas, but also had a private room with a personal bathroom. The staff was kind and helpful. The facility was small which was very nice for the quietness and home feel, but because of that size there were fewer employees. I've seen other facilities where staff members are constantly passed down the hall and in the main areas, but in the Beehive center it was not as easy to quickly locate an employee. On the other hand, the employees did have fewer residents to care for. We had to bring in our own dresser and rocking chair because they weren't provided in the private room and the room was very small. The smaller facility was very nice and it looked beautiful, as well as it cost less than the larger ones that look more like a hospital opposed to a home.
