We visited Edgewater Place Assisted Living Community. It was a very good visit. It's a very nice facility. The rooms were clean and there's plenty of space for living. Overall, I thought it was just a very good facility, and a very good fit for somebody in need of that kind of situation with their family. It's a very attractive facility. The staff was very personable and seemed very caring.

My uncle is at Edgewater Place Assisted Living Community. I would recommend it. Right now, because of what is going on with Covid, he has seen more turnover in personnel and he does not like that, but he gets great care there. The kitchen staff has turnovers, and he sees the quality of the food has suffered a little bit. He sees different people, but he'd rather see the same people more often. As far as the management and everything, they do a good job. I've experienced a couple of different local places with my mom, and I'd have to say that Edgewater is probably the best. When things were different before Covid, I would eat there and I would rate the food good then. As far as now, he says his breakfasts are real good, but lunch and dinner have kind of gone down. They have activities, but he does not participate in any of those. I know they have nice holiday activities. The place looks pretty traditional, but it is very clean, very well thought out, very well-kept, and bright. The hallways are nice and bright. Everything is very clean, and the grounds are kept immaculate. I think the value, which he receives is very good.

My mother is in the memory care facility at Edgewater Place because she has dementia. It is excellent. She has a studio apartment and it is good. It is like a one large room and a very large bathroom area. They have a nice dining room and they have a menu that they can choose from. The food is very good. They have many good activities. You can do as much as you can and if you don't want to, you don't have to. My mother is participating in some things, but not in many things. The staff is fine. They are very good. I will recommend them to other because it is small, clean, personal and professional.

My daughter lives near Edgewater Place and she knew the facility. It’s clean, neat, the people are caring and it’s well run. Nice, good food. The staff is very good. We have an activities director, she has different crafts. We also get sets of Bible studies.

My mother-in law just moved in to Edgewater and we couldn't be happier. It's a clean, beautiful facility with warm, friendly people to help care for your loved ones. She was living in our home for the past six years until she need more care than we were able to give. We were reluctant and worried she would be unhappy. As it turns out she's happier there than she was with us! She has made new friends and activities to do instead of waiting for us to get home from work. She says the food is fantastic, Edgewater has been a true blessing.

I have a very positive review of the place. Everyone here is all about helping each other while keeping the resident independent. The place is always clean and the have things for the people to do at the local center. Over the years while going there to see a family, I have got to know some of the other people that live there.
