My mother, who has been a resident for approximately 8 months, although receiving good nursing and aide care, in my opinion does not get enough attention/information from the administration such as the social workers, care coordinators, etc. AH seems to me to make "arbitrary" decisions concerning duration of patient care - WITHOUT contacting/coordinating with the family. They need to remember that the family NEEDS TO BE CONTACTED (AND APPROVAL/CONSENT OBTAINED) prior to making an edict about patient stay duration OR changes in patient status!Provider Response
