The cost of assisted living in Reading increased by 9.6% (from $4,956 to $5,430) between 2022 and 2023. More affordable Pennsylvania cities also saw comparable rises, with costs increasing by 9.5% in Darlington (from $2,682 to $3,245) and 9.6% in Beaver Falls (from $2,062 to $3,245).
