This place rates with a 5 star Hotel everything is kept brand new. I have spent 2 week in there rehab center for a broken hip. This is like living in a hotel. The food is great, you select 3 fresh cooked meals a day. The doctors are top of the line, the care for your every need. Nursing and care staff are there every minute you need them 24-7. The therapist with there hands on care are understanding, caring, and attend to your every need. They want you to get better!!! And help in every way to make it happen. The cleaning staff keep this place Immaculate. “No Hospital Smell” The front office staff has made all the paperwork and transition to home a perfect and smooth experience. They make sure your insurance, after care doctors, home care nurses are all taken care of before you even leave everything processed correctly the first time. I would recommend this place to anyone for long term living or Rehabilitation care. What a great place to be when you really need help!

My grandmother is at The Terraces of Phoenix. It's very nice. The residents are all very happy. It's a very good environment. They have a bistro and a cafeteria. It's not the type of place for dietary restrictions, but with that aside, they have excellent food options. The staff members are all very nice. My grandmother's actual building has a game area where there are puzzles and basketball. It was like an arcade-type of things for families. There's a little chapel and a hair salon on site. They have a lot of groups, like a bridge group. They have a lot of different activities that residents can sign up for and participate in.

The Terraces of Phoenix is beautiful. The staff was great. They have lots of activities. They are just remodeling, so it's super nice. The staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have everything. They have three different restaurants, a movie theater, a barber shop, a community center, and a nail salon.

My husband was in rehab at The Terraces of Phoenix for ten days. It's senior living, they have memory care, they have apartments for assisted living, and then they have skilled rehab. They really have everything there. The nurses were very kind, and his needs were met. The meals were good, but they weren't hot because they're remodeling and had to bring the food in from another dining room. We were happy with it for rehab.

Everything at The Terraces of Phoenix was super. We stayed for lunch. It was a wonderful lunch, we met some nice people, and they have a wonderful program. It's just that it's a little too expensive for us. It was new, it had a nice layout, and it was very nice. They said if we want more details, then we'd have to make an appointment because we didn't make an appointment. The dining room was beautiful and the food was even better.

The Terraces' location was better for us, but it was much more expensive. It doesn't look institutional, but a well-appointed apartment complex, or a resort since it's landscaped beautifully with desert-type landscaping. All the walkways are covered and the inside of the buildings had very wide hallways which were decorated nicely. The food was good and served beautifully. The bistro had more casual dining, while the dining room had tablecloths and napkins; we had a nice lunch. The menu showed the calorie and protein count, and they had a generous food allowance. They had exercise classes at different levels, a library, swimming pool, workout facility, and lifelong learning courses which were important to us. They also had a garden where people can go if they wish to and plenty of nice walking areas. The staff was wonderful. The residents seemed to be much friendlier, open, and engaging.
