My brother moved into Green Tree of Orlando. The facility is very clean and organized. They are very professional and friendly. I'm really happy with them. My brother says the food is good. They have televisions in all the rooms. They have big rooms where you can congregate. It looks like they have a lot of amenities. My brother's room is kind of small, but it's adequate. It has good closet space, and it's nice.

This place is a high risk for elderly falls. They are hardly watched, by the time they get to them they are already hurt in the bathroom. Their food is horrible and the stimulation to get better is the worst. No bed side manner from most of staff. They could care less. Owner is even worse. Good luck with your parent being placed here.

Im am a home health nurse to a new resident and I have been here a few time. Have to say I’m pleased to Observe how caring the staff continues to be towards their residents and towards each other. The environment was very friendly. I asked my patient how is she liking it so far and she said the transition has been easier because the staff have been very helpful/friendly to her and each time she has needed help they don’t hesitate to provide it. Will defenetely recomend this place.

My father's been in this facility for a year rest at night and I have no worries as to how he's being taken care of and his safety I give a lot of credit to the workers there and the administration. My father still lives at this facility and I have no reason to take him anywhere else

My aunt lives here and after the recent storms I just had to share how wonderful the staff there is. They did everything in their power to ensure that all the residents were kept safe and calm. My aunt really enjoys the staff and has nothing but kind things to say when I visit her. It’s nice to know that people still genuinely care for the elderly. Also, I am impressed with the new updates they have been making to the facility it’s a very homelike environment.

Green Tree Assisted Living is a quaint assisted living property. Not too small and not to large. My Aunt loves it there. My immediate family took the tour and we were astonished at how clean the place is and more importantly how clean the residents are. The price is beyond believable....so affordable for what the residents receive. The only negative there is little or no provisions for outings for those residents who can go out. Life is good at Green Tree Assisted

One of my relatives was a resident at Green Tee. The facility is very clean, professional and the employees are amazing. I can't imagine her getting better care than she had at Green Tree.

Green Tree was terrible. The building was rundown and not updated in any way, shape, or form. The rooms were old, and the one they showed us had mold on the ceiling. It was just not a good place. They only had shared rooms, no private.

Green Tree (Ann Way Assisted Living) is not as large as most facilities. It's almost like a dorm environment as opposed to an institutional environment. The rooms are not huge, but they're not small. You got enough room for your clothes, your bed, and your dresser. It's homey. It's almost like a big house there. The staff is pretty good, but sometimes they are short staffed. They're very caring. My mother wants to stay there. I asked her if she wanted me to find another place, and she said no. The most important part is that she's happy there. I used to bring in food for her, and she doesn't want me to anymore, so she eats what's there. From what I've seen when I visit, it looks pretty decent. They have a cook that comes in. They offer activities, but she may not get involved in them. The only thing is if they change my mom's Depends, I wish they throw that garbage away instead of leaving it in her room, so it doesn't stink up the room. She has been here since mid-May.
