I toured The Auberge at North Ogden. The facility itself was okay. However, there were bugs in the room that they showed me. The workers were very friendly and professional, so that was good. The dining area was very good. The space would allow them to get food whenever they want, so it's good. They have a lot of activities at the facility. They have activities outside like visiting nearby accommodations, luncheons, that sort of thing, as well as activities inside. Some of the carpets in the hallway and whatnot looked a little bit worse for wear.

My mother is now in The Auberge at North Ogden, and it's been pretty good. She's in a studio apartment. It is clean and updated. They have internet and TV. They have activities and meals. They have ducks out in the courtyard that actually live there, and the residents feed them.

I toured The Auberge at North Ogden. The staff was willing to answer any question I had and were nice. They had a gym, a nice courtyard, and darts. The place was nice and clean. The location was close to a movie theater, but a little far from restaurants and the hospital.

I toured The Auberge at North Ogden, and I liked it very much. When the time comes for my dad to go into assisted living, that's where he will be going. The staff were very nice and friendly. It was clean. They were doing some updates with the carpeting. The rooms were nice size with multiple options. It was in a perfect location for a nearby relative. The rooms, I would say, were basic. They were clean and efficient. It looked great and really looked like it was being well taken care of. The dining area was very nice. It was in the mid-afternoon, so I did not see anybody in there eating. It was a very nice and warm set up for multiple people to eat together.

My grandmother was at The Auberge at North Ogden. She was in memory care. The physical appearance was beautiful because it's a newer building. The grounds were nice. You had to press a button to go in, and you had to answer questions about COVID. The nurses and the nurses' assistants were amazing. They did such a great job. At the time, we didn't see much happening there just because they were locking down probably every couple of weeks because there were patients with COVID, but because my grandmother was almost all the way blind and she had dementia, she wouldn't have been involved in any of the activities outside her room. Her room was great. She had a big area where her bed was and then another big area where her favorite chair was. It was a big recliner. She had her television and her mini-fridge. It was nice. It was really expensive, but we got what we paid for. There's a great bunch of people that work there. They know how to do their jobs and they know how to keep the residents, especially the ones in memory care who have issues, calm. It was a really good experience for our family and we felt safe leaving her there with them.

The outside of The Auberge at North Ogden was very nice looking and had plenty of parking. When we walked in, we were greeted very cordially and helped get a lady to assist us in the viewing as a property. One of the rooms was very, very nice. The bedroom was quite large with a very large bathroom. If you have a few extra things, you could easily put it in there, like a laundry hamper or something like that. There's enough room for that. The shower was a walk-in, which is nice because you didn't have to step over anything to get in. Sometimes that's a tripper for somebody older. The person who assisted us during the tour was so nice and was so keen to talk to us about everything. She talked to us about every little detail of the rooms and all of the services. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner that you can attend to if you want to. They have all kinds of games and a movie once a week. They have a service to go shopping or to doctor appointments; those were nice. For food, they have a large variety of things that they could provide you with. You could also special order anything you wanted. It was all clean everywhere: including the bedroom and the kitchen.
