I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
The nursing staff are rude, inattentive and not caring. There is no staff around at night and no way for the resident to contact anyone for help. They keep the residents sedated so they don't have to attend to them. They do not csre above the resident's well being. I would not recommend this place for your loved one!

Beacon Square is fine, new, and high-tech. The people there seemed to be nice. Being new, it’s very clean and open, which was one of the big draws for us. The small dining area is set up in an L-shape with a bar and a dining area and a seating area with a TV. The whole thing is built in a square around a nice outside courtyard, so they can go out there and be secure. A lot of other places just has a path around their facility, but this one is all enclosed, which is nice.

This place could have potential. It is beautiful and clean but poorly managed. They residence that desperately need more help than they can or will provide. It is difficult to get a nurse when needed. They have run out of food during dinner service on several occasions. The accidents that are occurring are preventable and they have had very serious problems. The turnover of employees speaks for itself and the ones that have been there are seriously overworked. Many families currently at this facility are all experiencing the same issues. They make a lot of promises but be very careful if considering this facility.

Beacon Square is brand new and has a different feel; it's very airy and sunny. Basically everything is included in the price. We weren't charged for each hour and the different medications, so all of the care and even the pants that my mom wears are included in the price. The food is very good. It's actually a little too good. They have chefs cook really good food. The staff is wonderful and as sweet as can be. We really like that they have their own little chapel in the building, which is really important to my mom. Church is everything to her. It's very sweet. They have a ton of activities, like gardening, walking club, Bible study four times a week for different denominations, exercise, and play cards. She's in memory care, and I don't know how they do it, but they do it. They're still new and still working on their procedures, but other than that, they're wonderful.

Beacon Square was lovely and new. My mother would be going into the assisted living. The people living there were nice and active. The rooms, the dining area, and the grounds were beautiful. We had a very good meal there. They had many activities throughout the day, like games, entertainment, and arts. They had new technology inside the facility, like cameras in the halls and sensors in the rooms.
