Activity director is worst they have had in years. She never engages with any of residents unless they are a few of the ladies. That she has them participate in every activity. The others are left out. She is loud, rude, and very unprofessional. I go on weekends so I don't have to leave with a headache. If she works on weekends I make my visit with family quick. I won't go into other details about activity director. The other staffing are great. Food needs a do over and better cooks.

I went to Azalea Gardens Memory Care. Our tour experience was great. It's a nice community for your loved ones. They have nice, clean rooms. The staff member who gave the tour was very informative and nice. The dining area was clean. It seemed like a friendly environment.

It was very clean. They have both assisted living facility and memory care unit. The whole apartment was built around the courtyard. They had a nice inner court where the elderly could sit out in the sunshine. They seem to treat the residents with utmost care and kindness.
