About Heritage Village Assisted Living
Welcome to Heritage Village Assisted Living and Senior Care, a unique community consisting of eight individual custom homes on a five acre parcel of land in Northeast Mesa, Arizona. Each home is 6,500 square feet in size with sixteen private rooms and private bathrooms. The “home-like environment” and the limited number of residents in each home provides a warm, comfortable, peaceful, life style for our residents.
Our community provides care and services for residents requiring assistance with “Activities of Daily Living”. Residents may only need “limited assistance” while others may need “acute care assistance”. With eight individual custom homes we have the flexibility of placing compatible residents together within each home. Residents that need minimal care will enjoy their home with other’s with similar healthcare needs. Residents that suffer from the effects of Memory Loss, Alzheimer’s Disease, or Dementia will share home-like environments that specialize in those disorders.
We are in our 30th year as owners and operators of Assisted Living communities and considered one of the original pioneers in the industry.
Heritage Village Assisted Living and Senior Care offers the most comprehensive and unique services in the industry. Our community of eight individual custom homes provides us with the ability to specialize and tailor each home to specific healthcare needs. Within Heritage Village we provide care to 160 individuals. Although our emphasis has and will continue to be on the standard Assisted Living model, we have added services for all age groups suffering from the effect of debilitating disease. We invite you to contact us to learn more about unique services within our community.
The following represents a list of healthcare disciplines that we offer:
Heritage Village Assisted Living and Senior Care is a “community within a community”. Our community is a complete “self-reliant” community providing all necessary amenities to our residents. Amenities describe a beautiful home with attractive features and service, leisure environment, convenience and comfort for individuals to enjoy. What Makes Us Special
We have owned and operated Assisted Living communities for over thirty years. No one in the industry has more “hands on” experience than we do. In addition to excellent quality care for our residents we pride ourselves in providing the best home-cooked meals and daily activities of any other community. Our floor plan is state of the art and by far the most functional of any design on the market today. Not only one of the most unique Assisted Living and Senior Care communities in the nation but also one of the most functional “home-like environments” ever created for our older Americans, as well as other age groups with debilitating disease or handicap disabilities.
