About Silver Point Plaza
Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Menlo Park’s Vintage Oaks neighborhood, Silver Point Plaza is just ten minutes away from the bustling shops and restaurants of both Santa Cruz Avenue and downtown Palo Alto. Accommodations are offered in one-bedroom floor plans, each with its own emergency call system and many with a private bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished and feature hookups for your T.V. and telephone. We take pride in maintaining a beautiful facility. Our environmental services staff cleans each room and launders personal clothing every day so that residents can spend more time enjoying activities, games, and entertainment with their peers. We are always happy to help hang family photos or move in personal furniture to help residents feel more at home in our community. All Silver Point Plaza caregivers receive special training in both normal aging processes and caring for persons with dementia. Assistance with activities of daily living is available 24 hours a day to all residents. A licensed vocational nurse checks in daily with each resident to ensure their healthcare needs are identified and addressed.
