With The Orchards Assisted Living, it wasn't a very pleasant visit. The second I walked in, the two people at the front desk, I told them that we were there for a tour, and they stood there fighting about who was going to take us on a tour. They were fighting like, 'I'm not doing it.' 'No, I'm not doing it.' 'I already did one today, so I'm not doing it.' It was just like they were fighting, and my mom and I were just standing there waiting for somebody to take us on a tour. It wasn't very pleasant. The facility was nice. There wasn't an issue with the facility. It was mainly just the staffing. One of the managers ended up taking us on a tour, and every time I tried to ask her a question about something that was going on or just trying to get more information about the facility, she was like, 'Oh, I don't know. You would have to talk to somebody else.' It was really bad. I also noticed like even when we were doing the tours, the lady was very interactive with the residents. We were kind of walking right past them. For amenities, they don't have a beauty salon, but they have a huge room that has everything in it. It has a bookshelf with some books on it, and it has a TV with some couches. They don't have like an individual library or anything like that. They just have a little bookshelf with some books on it.
