I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My dad moved into The Autumn Fields of Luxemburg. It was convenient, all the family members can visit, and they really do a lot of activities with the residents, they really take good care of them. It's small, the staff is kind and caring, and the facility is very nice. My dad is very satisfied with the food. We're happy with them. They do trivia with them, they play cards, and exercises as a group.

Autumn Fields has spacious suites designed to provide residents with living room and bedroom space. Each suite has its own private bath with shower. However, a large handicapped shower and a walk-in whirlpool tub are available if a resident chooses. The Autumn Fields is your home away from home. Services Offered by The Autumn Fields of Luxemburg
There are three levels of care in the assisted living that are based on an evaluation done by a licensed nurse. Using the Care Level Assessment Guidelines, the following are evaluated: mobility, bathing, dressing, medications, nutrition, personal hygiene needs, mental status, behavior, medical stability. A personal care plan will be developed for every resident tailored specifically to their individual needs.
