White Oaks is a wonderful home for my mother to get help dealing with her Alzheimers. The staff with people like Brandi R. is well equipped to handle any problems that might arise. I feel blessed to know she is getting the help she needs.

My 92-year-old father was a resident at White Oaks for 2 years before his recent passing, and I visited him at least once weekly during that time. I can't speak too highly of the quality of care he received while there. It is a lovely, well-maintained facility with a very "homey" atmosphere. More importantly, the staff--from the aides to the office personnel--are welcoming, caring, and compassionate. They have always been very responsive to my father's or my requests or needs. I've come to know, and become friends with a number of other residents while visiting, and they have also expressed their pleasure and contentment with White Oaks. I will always feel a great sense of gratitude and appreciation for the White Oaks community, and highly recommend them whenever anyone inquires!

We have used White Oaks for both respite care and long term assisted living. Our family is very grateful for the kind, considerate and professional assistance that our parents have received. From check-in, nursing, caring for activities of daily living, to food service we have found White Oaks to be a family oriented environment where our parents have been well served and the family is welcome.

We moved our father here after a disastrous experience at another facility. We choose White Oaks because it just felt so much better. Dad was only there for 6 months before passing, but we were so much more comforted knowing that he was cared for. The people there took great care of my dad and always answered my questions and got back to me in a very timely manner when I would contact them and I didn't feel like I was putting someone out; having a different experience at another facility made this very important to us. Dad was in memory care so it was not an easy transition for him, but we always knew he was safe and his needs being taken care of.

I don’t usually write online reviews, but the White Oaks Assisted Living facility deserves praise as an outstanding family-owned business. I live over 800 miles away and have been highly satisfied with my 87 year-old father’s care during the past two years. He loves the food, staff, and talks with other men at his dining table. The activities are very creative at this facility, with opportunities for learning, working together, and having fun. Dad enjoys the various music programs. Our reasons for choosing White Oaks include the low staff turnover, well-maintained and clean facility and the comfortable, home-like atmosphere. Residents appear well cared for and content. The recent addition of another Dementia care wing is also important if your family-member may need this care in the future.

White Oaks is very nice and very comfortable. We are quite pleased with it and quite happy with their care because they are taking good care of my husband. My husband is in the locked down unit. He has severe anger -- that's why he is there -- and they manage him very well. They monitor his medications. They help him bathe and gives him whatever help he needs. However, their food is not the best. Actually, the food is the only thing I complain about, but this is convenient, and he is content there. It is only 7 miles from my house, and everything is fine there. It is lovely there, and they have lots of activities that really help the days pass. He is happier there than he will be at home.

I liked the idea that White Oaks Assisted Living seemed like a family home. It made me feel really comfortable. The place was clean, nicely painted and well lit. Their rooms had different designs. I also liked the dining area. They had nice amenities where they had a little store where you can buy your supplies and they also offered good services. The people were very attentive, caring, and honest. It was good for people with dementia because they have a dementia lock unit beside the assisted living.
