I visited this facility
Prestige Assisted Living at Claremont was very attractive. The grounds were upholstered very nicely. It looked like a resort town, which it is. It looked like you are visiting a very nice motel or apartment complex. The rooms were all very clean and attractive. The people were friendly and nice. If my friend had his choice, he would like to live there. He was very happy with the facility. We were there just a few minutes before lunch and people were just getting ready for lunch. They weren't really doing a whole lot. There were some ladies sitting and playing cards and waiting to get ready for lunch. There was one lady doing a puzzle. There was another couple waiting for the elevator, and they said it's real handy. They had a nice settee there, which was real comfortable. It was very clean and nice. This one had absolutely no odor whatsoever. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. I just really would feel comfortable if it was my mother or someone going there or even myself. I didn't see anything I didn't like or didn't care for. I didn't hear anybody complain or see anything that I would not like.

I visited Prestige Senior Living at Claremont. They had good food and were very friendly, but I was actually extremely disappointed with their activities. Every morning, they had coffee while they read and discussed the newspaper. Then, they had bible stories and bingo. I spend a lot of time there. I talked to people that had people there and also talked to a lot of residents. They did not have an activity room. When they play bingo, they had to move furniture around. The dining room also acted as the gathering room. I had read their description and spoken with them. I was very disappointed. I tried to explain to them what we wanted. I thought they had more memory assisted care. The staff was good. The place was well-kept. It looked nice. We looked into several rooms, occupied and unoccupied. I saw a one-bedroom that was nice, but the studio, which was super cramped and crowded. They also had a shared room with two bedrooms and one living room. My visit was lovely and everyone was wonderful.

When I first walked in, the staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and more than happy and very quick to show us around. It looked very clean, and the people were very respectful. The dining area was very nice. They had a very nice pool, which I believe was waist deep, for therapy as well as exercise. One of the features I thought was outstanding that the refrigerator was on the countertop and nicely displayed, so older people do not have to bend down to use it. The room was very nice with an excellent view and had one of the better showers compared to a lot of the places I saw. The one at Prestige was totally flat, so she didn’t have any step at all to get into the shower. It’s just nicely laid out and had beautiful amenities outside. You had your own little patio. Everything was centrally located to the dining and general socialization room. I was very impressed. I’ve dealt with a lot of places in California, and this was one of the better ones.

Prestige Assisted Living was very nice and the people were very nice. It looks like a nice environment, but I felt the price was a little high. They have nice rooms, the staff was very friendly, and the dining room was very nice. Right now we just live only about three blocks away from the facility, and they have security exits.

This is a medium sized facility. The building is nice and well maintained. The grounds have trees, shrubs, and greenerywith patio and walking areas.
There are 30 apartmrnts which are studio and one and two bedroom. They have partial kitchens and their own patio. All are handicapped equipped. Residents wear a pendant for emergencies.
They offer three meals and snacks daily in their nice restaurant style dining room. The food is good.
They offer housekeeping and linen service.
They have a nice pool, an activities room, a beauty salon, and sitting areas.
There is a nurse on duty 5 days a week and on call. They do all three levels of care. They have certified caregivers and med techs. The staff is friendly and caring. They do transport to doctor appointments.
They do a lot of activities as exercises, water arobics, games, partied, and arts and crafts. They go out shopping, to restaurants, and other events.
This seems a very nice facility.
