My Mother enjoys the daily walks, church services and bingo. My Father likes playing cards and bingo. It's a friendly place to visit and family members are encouraged to visit.

My friend has moved here. She has been there for a couple of months now. Right away, they really seemed to have a good understanding of what I was looking for and the difficulties that my friend might encounter. We didn't know that she had dementia yet, so they said, "Whatever she needs, that's where we will put her." They did an evaluation and they determined that she was really better suited for the mentally impaired section. They said, "We've got an opening," and they welcomed my friend. They somehow even convinced her that a roommate would be good, which is amazing. They set up her room, and she really has been feeling at home there being able to participate in activities when she wants, but she is certainly able to go back to her room and rest. Everything is right there for her. They invite her to other activities. She's just very, very comfortable and well taken care of there. The laundry, the bathing, and all of that has turned out to be very, very good. They have been exceptional in avoiding COVID. All the way that first year, they did not have any COVID cases whatsoever. Months ago, one of the residents -- who happened to be the only one who refused the shots -- went to the chiropractor and came back with COVID. However, they very quickly isolated and locked the whole place down. Their procedures are excellent. Here's another thing that I love: They are now bringing occupational therapy into the building. That's fantastic that they can include that in their services. I'm very pleased. They have been looking out for my friend and making sure that she is happy. There are a lot of residents who are happy there.

It was really nice, and the staff was nice. It was open, bright, and didn't have a smell. It felt like you were more in a really nice apartment complex than a nursing facility. There was a book club, crafting classes, game day, and movie nights. They had a lot of stuff to do and nice variety too.

I had an excellent tour here. I was allowed to talk to some of the residents, and they were all very happy and very open. It was overall a good experience. The place is extremely clean, the residents all have smiles on their faces, and they seem to be very happy and very comfortable. The staff seem to know all the residents, and the residents know all the staff. However, my friend had no room available at that time.

Mom needs memory care and I can't say enough good things about her care at Vista Springs. The caregivers are fantastic! Everyone there is attentive and friendly. Great place!

Vista Springs in Howell have a very caring staff who sees to all of my father's needs. The residence is kept very clean and the residents have many fun activities to make their stay there a happy experience.

My mother-in-law has been here for almost a month now, and she loves it. They are great with her and really get in touch if there is a problem. Once we got her there, she is very comfortable and enjoying her time; she really likes it. They have regular apartments, even in the memory care unit; and they can also have a one-bedroom apartment, or they can share a room. They can also have a studio apartment, which she has.They get three meals a day, snacks, and never go hungry there. The food is fantastic, as we had dinner there. They had a party, like a Thanksgiving thing, and everybody was invited. For Christmas, they are doing a dinner. Every week they have stuff for her to do. They take her out of the room and make her go upstairs. They have music therapy, sing-along, and bingo. They clean her apartment, bathroom is complete, and she gets a shower three times a week. They do all her laundry for her too.
