My mom was in the Good Samaritan Society nursing home in Howard, South Dakota, and she received very good care there. They had very caring staff that not only welcomed the family members that came to visit her but also made her feel like she was getting good care there. They were available 24/7, we could call it any time, and we could visit at any time. Oftentimes, when we were there, they not only were taking care of mom, but they were taking care of us too, asking if there was something they could do that we needed. When she passed, they had a little service for her there in the room where they prayed with the family. We just so appreciated that and we felt that our mom was loved there and treated as a family member.
