MY mother was there 2 years and due to declining health she has to move to nursing home care. We were very happy with care she received from the friendly staff at Crimpson Ridge. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for assisted living for a loved one.

I enjoyed the staff at Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Assisted Living. Anne stepped out and talked to us at the end. She was going to go and visit my mother to see how she's doing, just to see if she would be a good fit. Grace showed us everything. Everything was very nice, open, bright, and cheery. She showed us a couple of the rooms and everything was neat. We were there at 9:00 in the morning, so we missed breakfast and we left before lunch, so we didn't really get a chance to see what they were serving. The staff all seemed very friendly and very knowledgeable. No matter what's going on, they're willing to help, through all aspects of getting to where she has to be. The rooms that they have for their social activities are very open and bright. Everything is by a window. They have a nice garden area.

I liked Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Assisted Living, but there wasn't enough space there to fit all the residents. I don't know how you sit them all in the dining room. It was clean, and everyone was friendly. We didn't really see any residents because they had COVID at the time. I didn't see how they interacted. The staff who gave me the tour was very friendly. She explained everything thoroughly. I did see a room, and it was very nice. It was a good size.

The reason why my friend went to Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Assisted Living is because she had been there before. It is where she wanted to go. She is just staying there for a month. The thing that I like the most is they have really nice little apartments, and they have a courtyard. Some of the people have an actual door out of their apartment to the courtyard. My friend is not in one of those rooms, but that's only because she wanted something simple. The food is good. I can't think of anything I like least about the place. The employees are great. However, they are so busy that it's hard for them to get to everybody. There are plenty of activities. The larger rooms are quite nice. They are more of an apartment than other places that I saw. I don't really know if they're more expensive, but I was really surprised at how much it costs to have her there for a month.

Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Assisted Living was beautiful. The rooms were very nice, very clean, and laid out well. I was very pleased with their bathroom, because it's large and had a good size shower. It gives enough room for a walker. The lady that took me on the tour was very helpful and answered all my questions. The place was pleasant and quiet. The dining area seemed small to me, but they have this pretty patio that the residents can sit out on that's enclosed. They also had a TV area. I just didn't know how to get into the assisted living building at first. They were set way back off the main road. They're behind the memory care building and there was no sign as to how to get in there. It was very confusing. I had to ask one someone who was sitting out on the bench and she told me how to get in, because I wasn't given any instructions.

Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Assisted Living was kept up very well, and people were very, very nice. It's just a small, nice, tight knit group of individuals. They're a bit short staffed right now, but that's not their fault. They've been very, very helpful for me to get any information, see what things can happen, and how things can work out. They do a lot of bingo and a lot of different music options with the residents. The rooms were very nice and decent size.

Crimson Ridge by Peregrine Senior Living was a lovely, well maintained facility, but they weren't able to accommodate our mother's needs. My mother requires enhanced assisted living because she has some additional physical support needs where she would need a lift, but they don't have that functionality. The facility itself looked very well maintained. I walked by and saw a group of residents watching a movie together. There was social distancing in the dining hall because of COVID. The staff was very friendly too, and everyone went out of their way to say hello.

My mother is in Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Assisted Living. I'm not very happy with the care. She has a private room and it's very small, but it's clean, and adequate. I like that she has a patio that goes out onto an enclosed atrium. They have a lot of lounge areas, the TVs are on, she goes out to the dining area for three meals a day, they have performers come in and play music on the piano or guitar, and they have sing-alongs, card games, and trips. I ate with her one time, and it was very good.

My mom is in the memory care at Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Gardens. It is outstanding. I would send my parents there again in a heartbeat. The people are very nice. They are extremely caring and very attentive with the people that are living there. I get the feeling that they take them on as if they are their own family because they treat them that way.

Beautiful inside, friendly staff willing to answer any questions I had. All of the people living there were friendly and said hello and the staff greeted them by name. Such a lovely place! Rooms are spacious and beautiful view with a patio! Cutest little diner area where they have snacks and ice cream. Art and activity room looks wonderful too! Definitely at the top of the list of places to move mom in to. Made us feel welcome right away!

Crimson Ridge Meadows is located in a nice quiet setting which backs up to a wooded area where residents can view a lot of turkeys and deer. The assisted living facility is small and homey, with a layout that makes it easy for residents to find their way around without getting lost. It’s well-kept and nicely decorated. Many fun activities are planned by the very out-going activities director and assistant…..there’s even a Happy Hour! Family Socials take place once a month and they’re either a dinner or a dessert/entertainment event. The staff is pleasant and they interact well with the residents and family members. Med techs take their med cart to the residents to dispense their meds……the residents don’t have to go to them. Snacks and drinks are available throughout the day and are easily accessible. The grounds are well-maintained. Many residents enjoy sitting outside in the summer on one of two patios……one is located in the front and the other is located in a courtyard area. The memory care unit is located in a separate building nearby. This is a nicer set-up when compared to other assisted living/memory care facilities. If you take a tour, be sure to ask if Dolly is around!

Crimson Ridge Meadows is one of the smaller assisted living facilities in the Rochester area, conveniently located on Latta Rd. near Rt390 in Greece. The grounds and facility are attractively decorated and maintained. Crimson's size makes it a more comfortable, homey environment, where residents can easily find their way to the dining room and all of the numerous daily activities. The management and staff has been supportive, caring, and helpful as our mom has adjusted and is now thriving there. Mom is now much more social and physically active and everyone, including her doctors, have noticed her increased happiness. Because the property backs up to and is next to undeveloped land, nature-loving residents can regularly enjoy such wildlife as birds, deer, and turkey. With provided tasty and well-balanced meals, medication management, aide support, safety enhancements throughout, housekeeping and laundry services, and the many resident- stimulating and fund activities, we highly recommend Crimson to others.

My wife moved to Crimson Ridge Meadows. We are very impressed with the location and the facility. The people are very nice and very helpful to us. We are also very impressed with the people there. They have what they call "the gallery," which is a day room with different activities for the residents. When we go in with my 5-year old granddaughter to visit my wife, they love to see her. It's a very friendly atmosphere.

My wife was at Crimson Ridge. It was large and clean, had enough staff, and had good food and entertainment. They didn’t dwell on all the bad things that are happening to people. They had people come in two or three times a week to play music. Their care could only go so far, so when a patient started getting violent and stuff like that, they had to move.

Recently toured, not impressed. Over priced and they won't move on the cost. Staff seemed unhappy and people living there tired and depressed.

We visited Crimson Ridge. The rooms were very nice. The dining area was very well set up and very attractive. It wasn't suited for my mother-in-law because she would have to go down to the dining area on her own, and she wasn't able to. We took a tour of the whole place, and it was very nice. We saw the activity room, a couple of rooms, and the courtyard. The one-bedroom units were very nice.

I recently visited this facility and was not impressed. Staff seemed lazy and rude and the girl showing me around was in a hurry. When I asked if pricing was negotiable she said, "We don't move on our pricing since we have people waiting to get in here?" It was comical since there were other open rooms she showed me. People living there looked more like nursing home quality and the halls looked more like a hospital. Overall, over priced and some where I wouldn't put my mom.

My mother lived in Crimson Ridge Meadows for two years. It's very nice and very clean. The staff was very good. They would do outings, have entertainment people come in and do events, have family nights and different little functions. The dining area was really nice, and the food was excellent. The best thing for me was the location, because it was minutes from my home, and affordability.

Crimson Ridge Meadows was very lovely. I think it was the newest of the facilities that I visited. It was also the most expensive. It did not have the apartment style that I was looking for. Everything was brand new. The building and the grounds were nice. The staff answered all my questions, and I met some of the residents. Everybody was very helpful.

Crimson Ridge Meadows seems to be nice. It is a little more expensive for the size of the room that my mom was going to be in. She needed something a little bit bigger and a place for her two cats to be let in and out. I don't think they have a room at that time that would allow for that like a patio door or a door to the outside from the unit. It was a big consideration for my mom. I didn't really see any downside with it. It was a smaller facility, so my mom did like that because it was a little bit homier and not like a big place with a lot of residents. She likes the smaller places where she can feel a little more comfortable. It seems to be very well appointed and well kept up. The staff is really friendly, and they invited us for a meal. It is a nice place. They did have a couple of snacks included, and they have a little area for snacks, cookies, and coffee. Most of the places are very similar, and they usually do some kind of religious activity, easy exercise classes, and outings. It is relatively close to the hospital, they have nurses on staff, and I think they have a pharmacy service already set up too. They answered everything, and actually my mom was with us when we toured it. They had their nurse do a physical assessment which gave us an idea of what level of care she needs and what they can provide. It is mostly assisted living in the building we were in, and there is an attached building that was more for a memory care living situation.

Crimson Ridge Meadows would definitely be a place for a person to go to if they needed assisted-living. Their upkeep is excellent. They keep the grounds outside very well-groomed. They have a lot of activities. They bring in people like choirs and bands, and they had picnics in the court area. They take the ones that are more active to bowling and shopping, too. A plus factor would be it’s easy to find and it’s easy to get to. It’s right off the express way and another plus there was they cared about the residents and they were very friendly. They’ll even go to the room and ask if they want to go do whatever, and they make sure that they’re fine. They went out of their way for my mom.
