We visited Magnolia Springs on July 4th to look for a place for our aunt. It was amazing! The staff and the residents were having a picnic on the back patio. There was music and fun! We were able to speak with the Director, Marketing Director, Director of Nursing, and the Chef. No one seemed bothered that they were working on a holiday. They all seemed very happy to be there serving their residents! In comparison, we visited another facility that day, and we were informed they had to leave their family plans to come and meet with us. Such a huge difference. We were also able to meet some of the residents and their families, and we only received positive remarks about the facility. The Marketing Director is wonderful and has stayed in touch with us and has offered some very helpful advice to assist us in transitioning our aunt during this difficult time in her life. When we arrived the day of our visit, there was a sign at the front door to welcome us. And when we left, they gave us a freshly baked apple pie, and it was delicious! I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years, and I know what good care is suppose to look like. This facility is amazing!

I love Magnolia Springs Florence. I love everything about it. It's beautiful. People were milling around and doing activities. The staff were all very nice. It's very clean. The landscaping was immaculate. My mom didn't care for it mainly because of the location. It's farther away from her. The staff was very friendly. She could tell my mom was struggling, so she brought her wheelchair and made sure she was comfortable. They had a workout room, they had a pool table room, and they had a theater with a big movie screen. The dining area was spacious and looked nice. They had a barbershop. I like how clean and pretty the place was. It's a very beautiful facility, which is very nice. I would live there. The whole facility is beautiful and very well kept. There are four or five landscapers there working.

My mother moved into Magnolia Springs Florence. They're very inclusive. She has everything she needs there. She's made a lot of new friends. The staff is very supportive and just really, really good. My mom's very happy with the food. They have a movie theater. They have a church service. The grounds are beautiful. They have walking paths, and it's pet friendly. The rooms are very nice, depending on what plan you have for your relative there. It's like an all inclusive. They have everything. The staff is just very accommodating and friendly. It's just a really nice place. My mom at first didn't make any friends or anything, just a little bit; but now that she's got friends there, she loves it. She really enjoys it. They treat them with respect. My friend and I were saying it was like a college dorm for seniors. They have a lot of fun.

I toured Magnolia Springs Florence. I felt that the marketing person was outstanding, accommodating, personable, and willing to make everything work for your circumstances. I thought that was remarkable. Everybody was very accommodating, pleasant, and smiling. They gave me a pie, and it was delicious. It was neat and clean, and it was spacious. They do go out of their way to make sure that the residents have something to do.

I liked Magnolia Springs Florence, and I went there today. They were very professional. The lady I had spoken to gave me a tour, and it's a beautiful setting, and they keep everything so neat and clean. I was just impressed with the services that they offered at the facility. I looked at the menu, and it was very good. The staff I met, I guess was the director, or the coordinator, she's been very cordial, and very professional. We chatted and talked about some things that I'm concerned about. She answered all my questions. I would highly recommend it.

My mother moved into Magnolia Springs Florence a week and a half ago. She really likes it, and I think it's gonna be a good setting for her. The only disadvantage is that it's a little far from me, but she seems to be bearing up well to that. She did get her shot, she'll get the second one towards the end of January, and they're hoping things will ease up visit wise. We ended up with a 1-bedroom. As you go in the door, it's got a line of cabinets and things, a counter and cabinets, a small sink, no cooking arrangements, but there's a microwave and a refrigerator. As you go into the room, it opens up to a living space, and it's adequate. There's a bedroom and a closet off of the living room, I guess, for overflow clothing, which my mom probably will use eventually. They have an activity director, and they have a lot of activities. It's a very nice place. Exercise things were in a separate place, so many of them had just been sitting about. I think that was a nice feature, although that was not the deciding factor. When it's prettier, there is a lot of room to walk outside, and mom can walk some. She seems quite happy, and she's also started some activities. She signed up for exercise and another activity.
