I am so happy that I was referred to Greenview senior living. Martina and the staff are great. Always pleasant and willing to answer any questions I might have. My mom wasn't comfortable in a big facility. She seems much better in the home like setting. Everything is kept so clean. And the personal care they get is amazing.

The facility is clean and very homelike. The staff are friendly, respectful and welcoming. The administration is knowledgeable and very helpful with the admission process. The rooms are bright and can be decorated to your loved ones taste.

The staff was so happy to be helping their residents. Everyone said hi when I got a tour of the building. Martina responded to my email so quickly, and answered all my questions I had!

Staff is friendly and seem to care about each resident. Rooms seem to be very clean and comfortable. Phillip seems to enjoy playing dominos.

the best thing about green view is their attentiveness to their residents and families. You never have to "guess" about the care or integrity of the staff. Also, since they are small ( 5 beds maximum), you will not do better for a patient to caregiver ratio. The owners visit regularly, and are involved with the residents. They encourage visits of all types- family, freinds,hospice,volunteers, clergyman- they are accomodating and freindly. They also have many health care protections in place to protect the residents. The staff takes pride in caring for their residents, their appearance and health is important. No one is " lost in a shouffle". They are able to accept residents requiring advanced care, as well. I would recommend this facility to everyone. lj.

Nothing but good to say about Greenview. Personable, clean, excellent care. The staff and owners are always available, and the patients are given quality care, as if they were part of the staff's own family. Individual activities are provided as well. This facility does not look like a "facility", it is a beautiful homey place of residence. The low number of residents makes for extra special quality care. Ann and Terry F.

There was nothing I didn't like about Greenview Senior Living. It was wonderful. I liked their cleanliness, and they're very on top of things. I visited the memory care. Everything we saw was excellent. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was good. The facilities were very good, modern and clean. It was a home, and they had a playground in the backyard. They also had a children's playroom inside the house, so you could bring your grandkids and the residents could sit and watch the children play.

We chose Greenview because it is a very small facility, and the level of care is greater than assisted living. My husband doesn't need skilled nursing at the moment. The staff is excellent. They're very good. They're very caring and very kind. Regarding activities, my husband has dementia and Parkinson's, so there are not a lot of activities he can participate in. Also there's only five people there. However, I think the most important thing is that it is a small community, so the people's needs are met to a greater degree. It is very clean, very hospitable, and very welcoming. It has a home-like atmosphere.

About Greenview Senior Living - CLOSED in Fairlawn, Ohio
Greenview Living is licensed by the State of Ohio Health Department as small resident community assisted living facility with maximum resident capacity of six. All rooms and amenities are located on the same floor which makes really convenient for our residents with limited walking abilities either moving on their own or using a walker.
The living room and common daily gathering area are located on the west side where we have access to the outside porch. The outside balcony stretches full length of the facility and it is residents’ favorite summer spot.
Full kitchen and dining room are centrally located.
Our service area is located in the basement where we have utility room, laundry, facility office and additional reception and leaving quarters for staff and management.
The facility layout was designed to keep everyone together so all residents will be able to enjoy the companionship of others who share common interests and experiences in a friendly senior community. We strive to offer planned activities, small informal gatherings and still allow lots of flexibility for personal privacy.
Couple's residence: Both the bedroom’s living area and the bathroom have their own access to the outside. The living area’s sliding glass door provides ample natural light and access to the private balcony. When seated on the private deck, these residents will enjoy a view of the wooded lot next to our beautifully landscaped yard. This private couples’ suite can be ideal for marriage partners who are dedicated to living together regardless of their individual medical conditions.
Our on-call doctors and nurses are always available to help, yet many people long for their partner or spouse and would find it too difficult to live without them. That is why we dedicated the suite in our Copley assisted living home to provide ample living space for two people. We know that when your loved ones have lived together for a number of years, the transition from home to senior assisted living is much easier to make with their loved one by their side.
We take great pride in the fact that when a healthy, independent spouse or partner comes to live with us they do not feel as though they have moved into an institution. They are just comfortable living in our assisted living home as they were in their own and they love having the help of our assistants any time of day or night.
