I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
The price that you charge, you should provide more than a hot dog or spaghetti noodles with a dab of sauce. How about the salad that has wilted lettuce. My mother inlaw has complained several times about this food. Very little food provided. for the clients.

Listening to our residents and their family members is a crucial part of our job. I personally host a food committee meeting each month and we try to cater our menu based on the feedback we receive from our residents. We understand everyone has different preferences, so we offer new menu selections each day and hot dogs do appear on our alternative and always available menu per resident request. I visited this facility
I liked it. I liked the quiteness of it, and the people seemed very nice and helpful. If I had to choose a place for myself, I would choose that place because I liked what I saw. The people seemed very friendly and that goes a long way. When you walk in the door, you feel like you belong. It's a nice place. For one person, I thought that the room was nice. It's like what the hospitals are doing where if you're in this level of care you go to this floor, if you're in another level you go to another floor. I didn't try the food, but the dining room was clean and nice. Everybody seemed like they were all one family.

I visited this facility
It was a beautiful facility, neat, and tidy, it looked clean, and it had the feeling of a hotel. I liked everything I saw there. They had snacks and juice available all day long for their residents. They could go and get some even if it wasn't meal time. I really liked it. They went out of their way walking me around and answering my questions. They spent a lot of time with me. They listen to the input from the residents, like whether they like the food or not. They try to cater to all their dietary needs, but at the same time they work hard to make the food flavorful. They had a wonderful staff. They spent a lot of time with me. I met two different ladies, one who walked me around in person, and one who I just talked to on the phone; they were both extremely pleasant.

My sister is here. It's beautiful, clean, and pretty close to the home she owned. The physical therapy is fine. She's satisfied with the food and happy with the staff.
