Reviews of Saratoga Grove Retirement & Assisted Living

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
The one that my wife ended up going to is Saratoga Grove. I like it; it is a religious-oriented place, and it wasn’t too big. The staff members seem to be competent and friendly, and they spend plenty of time with the residents. The room is a nice size, it is a one-bedroom, and there is a full bath. It seems to be kept clean. She must like the food because she eats all of it. It is convenient and is only about 3 blocks from a good- sized hospital. They can always improve on care, but from what I’ve seen, it is more than just adequate.
Terrance142086, thank you so much for the positive rating! We are pleased to hear about the things that you and your wife like about Saratoga Grove, and we're glad for your encouragement to always keep improving. We will continue to work hard every day to give people the care they need!

I visited this facility
Saratoga Grove is nice, open, and an airy place. They have a smaller area for the assisted living. The way they had it is that the floor is in an X, so no one was that far away from the center, if they are in a wheelchair, and I like that. People were very nice, and they followed up on me after the visit. It just seemed a nice place. I also like the physical therapy area of it.
Hi, Kathryn! We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Saratoga Grove! If you have any questions we can answer, please give us a call.

I am a friend or relative of a resident
Saratoga is an assisted living, but mom has hospice care. It is very nice, and they treat my mom very well. I don’t have any complaints. The staff is generally very good. When you say something to management, they take note. She has symptoms of cardiac problems, and she signed papers that she will be in hospice.
