The staff at Blue Palms Senior Living of Deland was very, very informative. I liked the area and the place. The rooms were very small, but I guess that's the size that I can afford based on their prices. They have games, laundry service, a church, and a dining room. In each independent living quarters they have refrigerators, a stove, a bathroom, and stuff. They have transportation for both grocery stores and doctor visits. There's also a nurse practitioner on site.

Blue Palms Senior Living of Deland is a nice and quiet community. I love it, but I just can't afford it. The staff was fantastic. They have almost everything. They have a workout room, a theater room, and a rehab facility on the premises. They have free laundry. They are phenomenal.

My husband has moved here. He's totally independent. It was pretty good. Everything is clean. The people are very gentle, and the place looks very clean outside and inside. The staff is good. The communication is pretty good. They tried to help me in every step I needed. They are very nice. They have bingo, a fitness center, and coffee shops where they do activities. They have a club where they play cards. They have a church and a barbershop, and the gal can come to his apartment and do his hair and nails. The dining area is not that big, but it's pretty cozy. The people are very social. The food is, so far, pretty good. How much we pay is worth it.

We enjoyed the visit here. The apartments were of a decent size. The staff was very nice, and the residents looked happy.

My husband was here for a month. They were just excellent. They took good care of him, he was very clean, and they did his therapy and everything. They were very loving and kind and quick to assist you in any way that you need. The meals were good and he had no complaints.

As an RN, I can tell you, from the moment I visited this facility, I was more than impressed. The building was very clean and uncluttered. The staff was well trained and responded to my mother's needs without delay. Everyone takes pride in their job and they do their best to meet the special requests of each resident.
