We went to see The Living Center of Concord. I liked everything I saw. I liked the fact that it wasn't very expensive. I also liked the fact that it was clean, it wasn't an old place, and it was quiet. The lady who helped us was very, very nice. She was very helpful and very considerate. She made us feel very comfortable. She was very open and she showed us everything, even the dining room. She showed me some of the residents' rooms. And everybody was just polite. It was a very pleasant place.

I toured The Living Center of Concord. It was nice. The nurses and administrators seemed to care about the staff members. They didn't have quite as many facilities. They were certainly a more affordable option, but they still have a nice look. The rooms were very basic but well-maintained.

I toured The Living Center of Concord. The staff was uninterested, lazy, and sleepy. Everything was so sloppy and no one was nice. It was very clear that no one wanted to be there. The room was old. There were bugs and visible dirt on the walls. They were renovating the dining area and that might have been the nicest thing there, but it was still closed off. They just need to renovate all the rooms and clean them. It smells like bodily fluids. There were no amenities aside from the little porch area for the seniors to sit.

I was so impressed with The Living Center of Concord and its friendly staff. They were so helpful and incredible. It makes me still sad that we won't get to go right now. The staff was absolutely beyond my expectation. Felicia, I'm not sure what her title is, was so good. I could tell they would take good care of my mom. I really wanted to use them, and still might for a short term, but they were great. Mandy and everybody we met was friendly and caring. The facility was nice and it has a huge sunroom that I was impressed with. The rooms were bigger than I expected. The 3 meals a day were attractive to us. I'm sure they had more that I just didn't focus on but it is a very nice campus. They had gardens there that you could go in. I was just impressed and it exceeded my expectations. They're very accessible from the highway, I didn't have trouble finding it, and the view is pretty. It's a very attractive campus and grounds.

I went to The Living Center of Concord. I thought it was very lovely and the room was very well kept and very nice. The staff seemed very nice, and it looked like they were doing a very good job. The facility was very well kept. It seemed the care that would be given there would be good. It was a great location and offered a lot of great things for them. You could do the salon and the gym.

My father is at The Living Center of Concord. For the most part it has been a good experience. They're very accommodating to his blindness, and the staff is very friendly. His room is very large, and they made sure they put him in a room near the nurses' station since he is visually impaired. He loves the food. He said it's great, and he eats three meals a day plus snacks. There are plenty of activities, at least two or three every day.

Looks like an old hospital. Never saw residents or helpers. Had an appointment but receptionist took us around. Near one of the rooms it smelled like urine. Room size looks to be 1/2 a hospital room. No way! One option for lunch in a very unfriendly dining room. Very cold looking.

We selected the Living Center of Concord for my mother. It's affordable, and for what the cost is, it's nice. They've very caring, and very attentive to the residents. They have attendants to get her a table and bring a meal to her, the facility is clean, I've met the housekeeping person there, and every time I go there the woman is cleaning the premises adequately. I liked it. The activities are slim, there are not many activities, and they could improve on it.

My father moved into The Living Center of Concord, and everything is okay so far. A little quirk here and there, getting in touch with people, but other than that its fine. Its clean, they do Bingo, cards, and someone comes in and plays music. The staff is good, helpful, and if you have questions and need to call about stuff, theyre helpful in that regard. The dining room is good, they have all the amenities, and its clean.

I was very impressed with The Living Center of Concord. The lady that took me around was very knowledgeable. However, it's assisted living and not skilled care, which is what my mother requires, so it wasn't a good fit. It was clean and friendly, and the environment was great. Everything was very nice about it. The food was prepared well, but the dining area needs some updating. It was outdated and small. The rooms were small, but adequate and clean. The staff during the tour was very helpful. She was relatively new, but she responded very well and answered any questions that I had.

My mother is at The Living Center of Concord. I have no complaints with the care. It's two to a room, a little on the small side, but it does the job. They have Bingo, movies, shopping trips, and a whole bunch of stuff. The staff is very friendly and very caring. So far, everything is good.

The Living Center not only met our financial needs, but everyone seemed caring and very helpful. It was a bright facility. But my main reason for having to move my grandmother was for financial reasons. The care, as far as I know, has been very good. They have a chapel that's connected to a church. They also have a little store and a fitness facility. The chef has been there for 12 years, so that's a good thing.

My mother-in-law lives in First Assembly Living Center. During my visit there, I only met one staff, and she seemed nice. The place is run nicely. The community seems to be very clean too. My mother-in-law is very happy being there. She loves their food and is satisfied of it. Their rooms are in good sizes for two people sharing it. The space is still enough for both residents though. The only negative side of it is they have to share the same bathroom. On the other hand, they take the residents out to dinner and theater sometimes. I know that they offer a lot of stuff to all residents. The security of the place seemed to be pretty good too. So far, we have good experience here!

I have visited First Assembly in Concord, and the staff is very welcoming. The cost there is moderate, and the facilities are small. They are not designed for a retirement as such. It is more of a care facility than a retirement facility. Some of the rooms are small, and some of them are large. Some of them would accommodate two people, but they are not townhomes like the other place. They are rooms. Their dining facility is topnotch, and it is very good. I have eaten there, and the food is good. They do have a recreational area there and a library. They have all the things that people need. Being attached to the church which runs a school there, they have a chance for regular contact with younger people for interviews and just generally younger people coming down to say hello to the elderly. So from that standpoint, it is a healthy environment. The security is very good, and the medical response is topnotch since there is a fire department next door. They have a chapel there, and whatever you might want is there.

My father was out there for 2 ½ years. It looks really nice, they have nice food and stuff, and they even have church services. The people were really nice, most of them were really nice that I know, and they give different food there. They have a snack shop and a place where they can have their hair done and stuff, so First Assembly was good.
