Disappointed. Memory care providers are supposed to be trained in dealing with memory care but this is not the case. very few real activities for residents in memory care - they just park them in front of a TV. Tremendous turnover in staff is great concern. very little staff stability due to turnover. Building is beautiful, dining room is good, but when it comes to trained, caring staff they are lacking.Provider Response
