We visited Heights Crossing and we liked what we saw. The people who assisted me were very helpful. We thought that the patients were getting good care. The staff kept the residents active.
Their rooms were good. They have private rooms and shared rooms. The residents are allowed to bring a piece of furniture. The dining room was beautiful.
During our visit, we saw that people were brought into a room and they were playing music. They have a woman in charge of the activities. I think the place is safe and I like that it's home-like. The only thing we didn't like about it was the cost. It was very expensive.
