I visited this facility
I went to Brillion West Haven - CBRF. I wasn't impressed. I wouldn't put my mom and dad there. I was a little taken aback when I walked in. I stood there for probably 10 minutes before anybody would help me. I didn't like that. There were very few assistants or CNAs sitting at the desk completely ignoring me. The rooms were okay. The cafeteria part was okay. But they were one of the highest priced ones I looked at and I was like, 'No.' I was not impressed with anything except their beauty parlor, which was nice. The rooms were okay and updated, but they were nothing impressive. They were kind of designed weirdly. The staff who gave the tour was OK. The Christmas decorations were pretty.

I visited this facility
The rooms at Brillion West Haven were nice and roomy for couples. The overall appearance was good. They had a barbershop, pastors, and activities to do all the time. It was great.
