My wife has been in Artis Senior Living of Boca Raton for some time now. It's a nice-looking building, and it's about six or seven years old. They've got very clean and good-sized rooms with plenty of light. The gathering rooms are well lit with plenty of windows and sunshine. The staff turnover is significant, but I understand that's common in the industry. But the staff members that are there, they know the residents, and they seem to be very caring. They serve a variety of meals. They do have a choice of nutritious foods and they seem to be of good quality. They have a lot of activities with music. They have movies and ice cream socials, which are very popular.

My dad is in Artis Senior Living of Boca Raton. They have 26 locations nationwide. It's really a great facility. They really work with the patients. We had my dad in two other places before that, and they were terrible; there was no care. He just stayed in bed all day. This place has physical therapy and mental care, and he is doing really well. It's also in my mom's neighborhood. It's only a few streets away from where she lives, so she goes there every day for lunch and dinner with my dad. He is able to come and go as he pleases, which means that she can take him out of there to doctor's appointments and everything. He does not need to have a van take him. The people who work there are just super, super people. I have tried their food, and it's gourmet. They have a chef there. It's delicious. They have all kinds of activities. They have aerobics. They have singalongs. They have birthday parties. They have ice cream parties. They have everything. They have get-togethers for the people who have family members there. They have happy hours and stuff like that, where we get to meet the staff and have some food. It's really nice.

Our Mom has lived at Artis in Boca Raton for more than two years, and the facility is outstanding. Anyone looking for a Memory Care facility for their loved one should consider factors such as continuity of staff, the facility's communications with family (especially those living outside the area), the activities, the cleanliness and brightness of the interior, and whether any outside grounds of the facility. On each of these qualities, Artis excels. Artis has about 65 beds and divides the two-story facility into four communities, each having its own dining room. Artis has a community room with an adjoining patio area for all daily activities. There is an "Artis Way" of doing things that means a total commitment to the residents...and a commitment to including the resident's family as part of the Artis family. Led by Sheryl, the entire Staff is dedicated to the Artis Way.

Artis Senior Living of Boca Raton is phenomenal and it's a great spot. The staff is unbelievable, and the place has only been open for two years, so it's brand new. It's great for people who have dementia. There are four dining areas. They're busy all day if they want to be. It's quite good and interactive. They do an excellent job.

My mom is in Artis. It is very good and has a lot of activities. It is a sealed unit specifically for dementia. She seems to be happy there and likes the food. The staff, rooms, common area, and dining area are very good. It is brand new, and I like everything about it.

Artis is a brand new place and seemed very nice. The rooms were pretty much comfortable to others. They seemed to be the most welcoming of the ones that I saw. The young man I talked to seemed very nice.
