My Mom lived at New Haven, Floresville TX for 2 years. The private room/bath is very nice. Food is excellent. Activities were enjoyable for my mom and us family members also. The MAIN observation was how much the Director and the Staff truly showed their care and concern for our Mom. All were friendly, helpful, and super-committed to making our mom comfortable. It was Momma's HOME in our eyes. We were made welcome every time we went there. It was just like going to our Mom's old home and visiting with her and her friends. Highly recommend from the bottom of my heart.

New Haven Assisted Living & Memory Care - Floresville was very nice. It was a very large and open area. The residents seemed to be having a good time doing their thing. The staff who gave the tour was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She was extremely accessible and made sure I had her phone number so that I could ask questions later when I came up with them and was quick to answer all my questions. I liked that it was very open. The staff seemed to be engaged with the residents. It was easy to get around. They had little personal boxes for each of their rooms, so you can see a little bit about that person for each room. It is very open and bright, and I liked that. The facility looked to be in perfect condition. I know they were getting ready to replace some furniture that I couldn't figure out why they were upgrading it because it looked fine to me, but apparently, they decided it needed to be even better. The whole place was very clean and very inviting. I didn't try the food, but the dining area was part of the very open and spacious area where you could see everyone. They have a garden area, they have a back patio for visiting, and you could bring a pet in if you wanted to come to visit. It was just so nice. It's also in a quiet neighborhood. I just got a good vibe from them.
