My dad moved to Lighthouse Senior Living at Hopkins Creek. It's an adequate facility. There are star people that stand out. The staff is good. You have good people who are attentive and caring. I would say that's the majority. They have a library and a small courtyard, and then they do have an activities room.

I am a resident of Lighthouse Senior Living at Hopkins Creek. The staff is nice, friendly, and thorough. The room is pretty good. I have kind of a suite. So, I have a bedroom, a family room, and then a bathroom. They have activities like bingo, and games and sometimes they will have a speaker. There are things that you can do. And they do have some exercise equipment.

Lighthouse Senior Living at Hopkins Creek was very clean. The people were very friendly, and everybody looked happy. It just looked very nice, and I had a good feeling about it. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very caring and well-invested in taking care of the people. The grounds were beautiful. Everything looked very nice. I liked everything that I saw. They had a lot for the people to do. There were all kinds of activities. It seemed like everything was set up in a way so that people couldn't get hurt. You could see that all that was well taken care of and well thought out.

I toured and it was spacious. They only offered me a studio apartment, which isn't big enough. The facility looked excellent, and the staff was very informative. They had different types of rooms to offer, but the only one she showed me was a studio. In terms of activities, some people were playing cards. Some people were in the TV room watching TV. They had fruit and snacks available 24 hours a day. The place was very clean. They have a small courtyard. Their exercise equipment is limited. It's not really in a room-room; it's like in the hallway. I didn't try any of the meals. They have a restaurant-style dining area where you sit down, and they'll take your order, and they'll bring it to you.

The tour was a very good experience. The place was very warm, friendly, and inviting. It was nice. The person that I spoke to was Ruth. She gave me the tour, and she was very friendly and informative. I think the rooms were kind of small. They only had a one-bedroom apartment on the memory care side, and the rest were studios. They had a variety of people there. They have art activities. They have bingo. They usually have one event a month. They had October Fest when I was there, where they had music and food. They have a barber shop, a doctor, and a nurse practitioner. I just think that the memory care could be a bigger area.

It was nice. We were able to see the seniors at lunch, and they were looking lively and enjoying themselves. We saw the media room and they have a little workout section. I saw one of the apartments and it was a nice living space. They have like a little kitchenette, a refrigerator, a sink, and maybe a microwave. There's no heavy-duty cooking in their apartments. The host was very nice, gracious, and very helpful. They had a courtyard.

It was very clean and had lots of options for the residents. The two staff members I talked to were very kind and friendly. The studio apartment and one-bedroom apartment were good and a nice size. You could furnish them yourself. They have their own bath (that was also a very nice size) and a kitchenette. They provided three meals a day for you, plus snacks with coffee and drinks that you could go and get at any time. The dining area was large and was set up in a way that you could sit by yourself or with other people. They had a salon. There also was a very small area set up that you could use a recumbent bike and a couple of other exercise equipment. All were sit down equipment for seniors that would have difficulty with the standing position. They have a community room where people can play bingo, too. It looked very modern, very clean, and smelled nice and fresh. They also had people that checked on you, just to see how you were doing for the day.

We chose here for my mother, and she's moving in a week or so. It's beautiful, the staff was very nice, and they have studios with a full size bathroom, a kitchenette, sink, counter top, and refrigerator. The dining area was very nice and they provide 3 meals a day and snacks.
